Staff was excellent and helped us in some issues on our part: forgetting belongings and when we went back house keeping Manager helped us get our bag from the room! the room was nice and clean, the breakfast was plentiful and has many choices delicious . We will return soon!

When you go down the hallway there was some damage to wall doors, they were dirty as well. There was no hot water the whole 5days we were there the water kept getting turned off out of nowhere so couldn't use the shower sink or toilet. The tub was clogged, the hottub had no hot water. The soda machine we're sold out the whole trip the mini mart didn't have much variety and empty.

We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub very much. Staff was always trying to keep the hotel clean. There were portions of the hotel that were dated and a whole countertop was missing in the dining room, but every time we asked for towels they complied without hesitation. Everyone was friendly and doing everything to make the stay the best possible.

I wanted to bring to your attention several concerns regarding my recent stay. Upon arriving at the second floor where our room was located, there was a strong odor of marijuana in the hallway. Throughout our stay, we also heard dogs barking and people arguing nearby, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. In addition, the room itself was not in the best condition. The bedding appeared worn — the sheets had visible stains and were not bright white, and the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. On Sunday morning, we also discovered that the air conditioner was leaking, leaving the floor covered in water. I wanted to make you aware of these issues so they can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.
