The master bedroom also adjoins the balcony and includes a private bath ensuite. The king size bed is just right. The master bath is upgraded to a walk-in shower with seat. The bathroom amenities include upgraded toilets, double vanity sinks, and water fixtures.
The guest bedroom includes comfortable queen bed, private access to the guest bathroom, and wall-mounted television.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 4 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
