Owner managed. Updated, well stocked and maintained 1 bedroom + bunk area, 2 full bath condo. Sleeps 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. Located at Grand Panama Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. The resort includes fabulous amenities, steps from the beautiful beach including 2 pools and hot tubs, tiki bars, a state of the art fitness center, and a general store on site selling everything from sundries to souvenirs, beer and wine.

Note: Grand Panama Beach Resort does charge a $55 resort fee for parking and amenities payable at/prior to check-in. This is per stay, not per day. This is for one vehicle. An additional vehicle parking pass may be purchased for $35.

Our unit’s location: We are on the 4th floor of Tower 2, which is actually 9 stories up because of the 5 floors of parking below. This is the perfect level to enjoy the stunning gulf views during the day and the beautiful city lights in the evening. Tower 2 is across the road with a walkover to Tower 1 and the beach. Our condo also provides very easy access to the heated roof top pool, outdoor grills, parking garage, and fitness center all located in Tower 2. With a short walk through the 5th floor pedestrian walkover you arrive at the very tropical beachfront pool at Tower 1. The beachfront pool area also offers a tiki bar, Jacuzzi, and kiddie pool.

Our unit: Our unit is a one bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, with bunks and sleeper sofa. You will find everything you need for a great vacation including comfortable updated furniture, luxury linens, fully equipped kitchen, a 65" smart tv in the living room and a 43" Smart tv in the bedroom, and beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. Please bring your own beach towels.

Our Location: Location: Grand Panama Beach Resort is ideally located in Panama City Beach. There are numerous attractions within a few miles from the condo. Putt-putt golf, arcades, go-carts, amusement rides, Rock it Lanes, Zoo World, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, WonderWorks, Parasailing, Jet Ski Rentals and Shipwreck Island Water Park. A full service Wal-Mart and other great stores and restaurants are less than a mile away. Pier Park is less than 3 miles from the condo and is a great place to shop and eat. There are also several golf courses in the area. Shell Island and St. Andrews State Park, along with pontoon boat rentals are less than 5 miles from the condo. There are numerous great restaurants directly on the beach and throughout Panama City Beach.
