** All guest are required to purchase a resort pass $35.00 and Armbands $6 for each person over 10 years old. Both good for your stay. These items are to be purchase through a Park n Spot Link, that I will be sending you prior to your arrival….you can pay with credit card…The security guard does check the vehicle's on site during rounds for the parking permit. Also at least one of the guest is required to be at least 25 years old, this is a Sunbird Rental Requirement!
