This 3 BR 2 BA 9th floor condo sleeps 12. King in Master Suite and Large 2nd BR, Queen and Full Size Bunk Beds in 3rd BR, Queen sleeper sofa. Granite counter tops in kitchen, tile floors both bathrooms remodeled, walk in shower in the Master bath.

Overall, I have mixed feelings regarding this rental. Pros: Direct beach access, family friendly, great views, good amount of space in unit, heated pool, large gated & secure parking lot, luggage carts available, laundry in unitCons: Condo upkeep - kids bedroom ceiling light didn't work, ceiling plaster on patio was falling off, very limited hot water, kitchen sink faucet leaked, tv remote batteries were almost dead and the exterior of the building looked to be under a construction zone with safety concerns. Communication - The preset emails regarding the condo and check in were great and had a lot of useful information, but when we had a problem with the exterior door lock immediately after checking in, all communication attempts through multiple platforms were left completely unanswered or were out of service.

The condo was nice and clean. Beach views were amazing! Loved the heated pool. Only thing I have to complain about is the construction and hammering concrete right outside our room door every day from 8:30-5. Other than that, we had an amazing time and loved it:

Property is well decorated and was clean upon our arrival. Kitchen needs some attention, although there is the usual compliments of gadgets like a toaster, air fryer, and etc. there is a abysmal selection of utensils and dishes. I was quite surprised to find that in a room designated to sleep 12 there was 1 one tablespoon, and zero teaspoons. Maybe the owner should take 20 out of the rent income and go to the dollar store and pick up some flatware. On the brighter side the management company was great to work with and quick to take care of any problems we had.

When we arrived at the condo from a long days drive we had to sweep and mop the floors because they had obviously not been cleaned. That was pretty frustrating and not what we expected to have to do upon arrival. The bathrooms seemed okay as far as the countertops and showers but the countertops in the kitchen had to be cleaned as well. The attendant checking us in was not friendly but the attendant in the cart room was very friendly and we appreciated that. Overall the unit was pretty nice. Due to the dirtiness and unfriendly staff when we arrived, I don’t know that we would return.

Enjoy our stay but it could had been cleaner for the price

Condo was nice and it worked for everything we needed. the only negative would be the cleanliness of it. It look like stuff had dripped on the cabinets and chairs and the floor was dirty. We got there and took our shoes off and our feet were so dirty after walking barefoot on the floor. The main fridge did not stay very cold. The master toilet had a leak causing the floor to be very wet - the maintenance crew was on top of it and fixed it the next day. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Stay

The stay was wonderful! There were a few issues at first that were quickly resolved. The main living area floor was slightly sticky feeling and still had sand from the previous resident. Dining room furniture has some wear and tear. I would still come back and stay though as it’s a beautiful location, great warm pool, beach chairs were so convenient! Thank you!

My issue is not so much with the condo itself, but the property grounds. We stayed the week of the 4th of July, and this property is not equipped to take on the large traffic of people or their vehicles. The parking lot is decent size, but when they hand parking passes out like candy during 4th of July week, things took a terrible turn. Midway through the week, the guard at the gate began to tell people to “park where ever we could as long as it wasn’t blocking the road.” At 2 am that night, we were woke up and told that our car was being towed unless we moved it. We were parked more than out of the way, and were also the only people asked to move their vehicle that night, while there were 30-40 other vehicles that were also parked illegally. Our dryer broke halfway through our stay, and also damaged some of our clothes. They were in the process of getting a new one, but it had not arrived by the time we checked out. It was the week of the 4th, so I know resources are limited at that time and understand things happen. If you’re planning to stay in this condo, or on Regency Tower grounds, be aware that there are only a total of 3 elevators. One each and each corner of the property, and one directly in the middle. During peak season, like the week we stayed, there are crazy wait times for elevators. As for the actual condo itself, it’s decent. Dated, but decent. It could use a solid deep clean, as it has not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time.

Lovely condo for Family visit

Overall we truely enjoyed our stay. The condo was well kept and had pretty much everything we needed. Only thing I can say that was negative was our clothes kept getting stuck in the drier causing some damage to them. I also wished there was an actual dresser in the master bedroom but made due without one. Emerald Coast Destinations were quick to come and fix the minor problems we addressed. We would love to book again for next year if the drier is replaced.

Nice getaway

This place is in a great location and we enjoyed all the amenities. It could use some upgrades and restocking of kitchen supplies. When there were concerns I contacted property manager and they quickly responded. The staff was very friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed staying at regency towers. This was our third time staying here and we had no problems. The owner was very responsive as well.

PCB Forever

As in the past we had a great time in PCB. Our condo was great with a superb location. There is always plenty to do in PCB.

Not very clean

We made the best out of the week we stayed but we definitely had a better place the time before. This condo was disgusting. Dirty underwear under the spare room, advil pills look to be spilt under the master bed, sand under the rugs about a inch thick, coffee grinds left in the coffee maker, fridges wasn’t even cleaned after the person before, hair caked on the walls in the shower, just simply not cleaned at all and more but those are most important. Condo has electrical issues 50% of plug-ins don’t work, door knob was coming off master room door, lock on the balcony door is hanging on by a whim. This condo needs a uplift. Definitely needs bigger washer and dryer to accommodate the number of people it allows. For the price for a week it was pretty sad to condition of this condo. Now for the plus, we never ran out of hot water, view was BEAUTIFUL, walls are sound proof for littles for nap time, the tiki bar is a #1. We made our stay enjoyable but the condo conditions wasn’t great.

Friends Trip

Me and my friends booked this room for a getaway trip to celebrate another year done of school and this was a fantastic place to stay at. Everyone had a spot to sleep and it was in a super nice location.

We had a good stay! Everything was clean and I liked the communication. The only issue was communication with the property manager but that was solved. Great place to stay at!
