Corner Studio with lots of natural light, located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, Village of South Walton. This studio features a queen bed, 4 beach chairs, and a washer/dryer on the same floor. (next door) It is a great choice for a getaway or a vacation. Enjoy listening to local artists perform outside your window, kitchen area has a commercial sink, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave and a stainless steel refrigerator. Relax with two sofas, after a fun day at the beach and listen to your personal playlist on an LG soundbar or ask ALEXA to play your favorite music... Get ready to experience all the evening activities at the Peddler's Pavillion (outside your window) or just enjoy the local communities by walking or biking.
Take the free shuttle down to the beach (in season) and spend your days in the sand. Soak up the sun while you wade in the warm, salty water of the Gulf of Mexico. When you are not at the beach, enjoy going for a swim in the two community pools(wade pool for the kids or reading a book) heated pool and large hot tub. Village of South Walton is within walking distance of many fantastic restaurants and exciting shopping boutiques. Spend the afternoon shopping on Scenic 30A before dining on deliciously fresh seafood at one of the many incredible restaurants lining the beach. 2 grills located at the pool and enjoy the view of the bright blue water. Enjoy Helen State Park at Inlet Beach. Paddle Board, Kayak and much more...
Our condo provides you with 4 beach chairs!, 9 beach towels and 2 umbrellas. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: ICE (located at Seacrest Sundries or the Pavillion), paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, and coffee K cup pods.

If getting there is half the fun, then Crabby Steve’s is bound to be a blast. Tucked away, right on the beach, behind High Pointe Resort (across the street from condo) in Seacrest Beach, Florida, this is a lesser-known treasure of beach cuisine with something for almost everyone.
Crabby Steve’s is an American/Seafood restaurant serving lunch and dinner, and offering a full menu of delicious food, cold libations, coastal cocktails and a view that’ll make you want to stick around long after the last bite of fish is gone. This establishment is kid-friendly, has a full bar, outside seating with a waterfront view and food that keeps even the locals coming back.
Getting to Crabby Steve’s is perhaps the only confusing part as you have to walk in on the beach, or if you’re staying at Highpoint Resort, through the resort grounds. Sorry, no driving up and dropping off at this unique coastal eatery but it’s well worth it once you’re there.
30A Radio’s Cory Davis considers Crabby Steve’s a personal favorite, and had this to say about the Seacrest Beach eatery: “The allure of Crabby Steve’s is the difficulty in getting there. If you’re staying on property, it’s easy, but if not you either have to walk a long way on the beach to get there.” Cory goes on to say the fish sandwiches are his favorite and highly recommended. Don’t take a DJ’s word for it though, check it out for yourself the next time you’re on 30A. I think you’ll be glad you did.
