Quiet and not far

Second time staying on property, first time in the 3 bedroom. I love this location, it is at the very end of the busy strip, for some it may seem too far, for me it’s perfect. Apartment is super clean, there was a musty odor when we walked in but then I noticed the the air purifier by the front door, turned it on and never noticed a smell again. Beds and pillows are super comfortable, water pressure in shower was great. I’m planning on booking again for next year

Great location and beautiful property

Very spacious condo l with a perfect set up for a group of moms and sons! Convenient location close to the beach and Rosemary/Seacrest. Nice that some bikes were included. Beautiful pool!

Enjoyable Stay!

Had a great stay at this property. Very well maintained location and perfect interior for a group of 6 girls. There’s a bit of a musty scent that comes with any beach property, but the amenities and comfortable sheets made everything great. Please note that the floor to ceiling is not well insulated- the party below us could hear us as we were packing our suitcases the night before departure, so tread lightly!

The Pointe

We had a wonderful time! The condo was very nice. The pool was wonderful. Loved having “The Big, Bad, Breakfast” restaurant right on the property. The rooftop was fun but it was advertised as a Rooftop Bar, but the bar was not open. Close Beach access and the little town of Rosemary was so cute. The only downsize of the beach was lots of seaweed. But, overall, a great week!

Huge space

Condo was great. Bedrooms are ridiculously big. Very clean. Tv room is extremely small compared to bedrooms. Walk to beach is .44 of a mile and very easy to go to and from beach. I will say the only negative was the amount of noise coming from highway 98. Constant noise of cars reeving engines. This was the only negative which wasn’t horrible if you sleep with a sound machine.

We loved the property- it was beautifully decorated and just what we hoped. Downsides were that unit is adjacent to 98/Hwy 30A and the car an motorcycle noise was awful. Very loud and made it hard to enjoy the patio. The fireplace didnt work and they never fixed it in spite of our request. Lastly- we were told in writing that our unit had 2 chairs and an umbrella setup at the beach every day of our stay..when we got to the beach the rental person said our owner and our unit had opted out of the beach chair rental and he said he had seen it many times and the renters were lead to believe it was included but it wasnt. Bait and switch. Not cool.
