Safe and comfortable

Check in front desk staff was very friendly and professional. I had booked my room shortly before arriving on the app and it hasn't transferred over to their system yet, but he was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was lovely and in good condition: two queen beds, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, tv, desk, etc. The room phone didn't appear to be working. Relied on the microwave for a working clock in the room so I could keep my cell phone out of temptation's reach. Stains on the curtains.There was something in the bathtub that was pretty disgusting. We arrived too late to contact the front desk about it. Photos provided. The water temperature in the shower - it took several minutes for the water to heat up to lukewarm. All in all, good experience. Beds were clean and fairly comfortable and the view of the mountains from our room the following morning was gorgeous.

Wonderful stay.. friendly clean. Beautiful.. fullsize refrigerator dishes and gas station and mc donalds with in walking distance. About 30 minutes from glenwood springs.. definitely recommend.

I just didn’t feel the bed was comfortable at all. Their breakfast was close to non existent. But worth the value if just needing a pop lace for the night. It was clean.

Although it's an "older" hotel we were pleased to see how clean and kept it was. Gym was nice and the suites had dishes ready to use if needed. The staff was extremely kind and the breakfast area stayed stocked. My family and I really enjoyed it. Thank you.

This property was in a beautiful location. And had an odd amount of amenities. Which is great. However, The bed was absolutely abysmal. You are selling people a place to sleep...... How can you be so cheap when purchasing beds for this location? The bed is quite literally the most important piece of furniture in every single room. If you don't mind a springy mess of a bed. This location is fairly nice. Also, The "Continental Breakfast" was a big bag of hostess powdered donuts. We won't be returning.

Checking in was easy and the staff is very friendly and kind. I asked about food around the area and he gave me great recommendations. I loved the room with kitchenette and a gorgeous view. The Colorado river runs by it so it was a nice walk around. I would definitely stay again

Good place to stop. It was quiet and in good shape. Small town. Not much for dining but we did find a nice Bistro.

At first glance, everything looked great. We checked in around 9:30 pm and when we tried settling in for the night, we realized that our pull out couch did not have bedding, nor did our kitchenette have forks and we only had 1 towel. Had to go down to the desk and asked for everything. The next morning we drew back our window curtains and there were spiders and tons of dead mosquitos in the windows. By the end of our stay, the tub had stopped draining properly and we were standing in ankle high water.
