Dirty and very noisey. People above us were very noisey early in the morning and at night. Bathtub was gross and the pillows smelled very musty.

Although the sign out front says new rooms, mine was quite used. Quality of the room was okay, bed was comfortable and staff was good to deal with.

Property was nasty. Staff did not clean rooms daily. Did not provide new towels and did not empty trash. Would not recommend. Refund needed.

The beds are SUPER firm. The toilet was a little annoying, because you had to hold the handle down. The check in crew was really friendly and helpful. I got a little aggrivated checking out. I would probably stay there again, it just wouldnt be a first choice. It wasnt bad, it just wasnt great. Also, make sure to note there is an additional fee for a room deposit of $100

Surprise $100 deposit!

You all surprised me with a $100 deposit when I went to check in. I checked out yesterday morning and don't have my money back yet. It wouldn't have been a problem if I had warning in advance. Maybe it was buried in the fine print. I hope it was worth it, because you've lost my business and my trust.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. The deposit is an incidental deposit and is returned at the time of check-out if there are no damages. Hopefully, outside of the deposit, you had a wonderful stay!
