Our accommodation enjoys a truly exceptional location!



It is indeed located in the heart of Paris, in the Saint-Michel district, which is one of the oldest and most lively in the capital. You will find numerous restaurants, bookshops and cinemas in its small cobbled streets. You will only need to walk a few metres to find yourself on the banks of the Seine, and admire the breathtaking view of the Ile de la Cité.



Our apartment is ideal for accommodating up to 8 people for a comfortable Parisian stay.



Rare in Paris, it is equipped with an air conditioning system which makes it very pleasantly cool, even at the height of summer.

Great Location!

If you want a great location, then this is your space. Best things about this apartment: The AC was cold. The location was perfect for many of the highlights of Paris. The flat was not super clean and smelt faintly like an astray - those were the first impressions. A few tweaks (the curtains and film on windows and wash rags) and this could be an incredible place.

Horrible Experience!

While the location was excellent (14 Rue Seguir) we have very little positive things to say about the flat itself. On the advertisement it was described as a luxurious flat and that it would be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This was not true in our case. When we arrived to the flat after the 4pm check-in time, it had not been cleaned. In fact, it was filthy with garbage and sheets and towels scattered throughout the flat. We contacted Urban Flats at that point and a cleaner was sent. Unfortunately, when we arrived around 8:30pm we discovered the cleaner had locked the apartment and we had to get a locksmith. It wasn't until 12:30am a new lock was installed. At this time I was with my young 9 year old daughter, in a foreign country with a stranger changing the locks to the flat. We had been awake for over 24 hours with the travel time and I was very nervous it was getting late and scared for my safety. The neighbors came out and reassured me that it was a safe place, only to later find out they called the police. The police arrived at 1am at which time my daughter and I had to get out of bed and show our passports. Inside the flat, while the sheets had been changed and clean towels provided, garbage picked up - the floors were disgusting, covered in dirt and dust and found many items from the previous tenants such as additional garbage, underwear and dirty towels. No response from them following our multiple requests.
