Felt comfortable and place was clean. As we were aware building work was in progress so had to put up with drilling noise. Good selection at breakfast. Will definitely visit again.

Location is good, nearest metro just across the road Only problem was no housekeeping for the 4d3n I stayed, didn’t know why🙄

Pretty good

This property is located at the Place d’Italie Paris, M7 station. There are many restaurants, cafe shops surrounding the apartment. Also, there is a shopping mall and a supermarket inside the mall.

Well located, comfortable apartment
Posted Aug. 17, 2023 on HotelsApartment was well equipped and comfortable. Sofa bed extended into 2 single beds which worked better than one bed for my 2 kids.
Metro was right outside which was brilliant.
Only slight issue was a leak in the bathroom so floor had constant puddle.

Great choice for someone who wants to stay in a studio with proper kitchen. My wife and I were very happy with the place.
