Lovely clean hotel, comfy beds, spacious rooms, friendly staff and breakfast included. Rooms have aircon and Lavazza coffee pod machine, which was lovely but needed watching, had a habit of shaking the cup off the drip tray and depositing coffee all over the shelf and floor if you don't watch, ready to catch it. But that was the only negative. Handy for Disney, couple of minute walk to bus stop then €2, 18 min bus.

Terrible customer service at night is only one person working I call so many times asking for a towel, another day for food and I have to go to the lobby and the older guy was complaining about the guest asking for stuff

The hotel was nice and new, very cosy. Staff at the reception was very friendly. Rooms were very comfy and soundproofed. The only negative comment: we have been there for 4 nights and apart from doing the bed, the room has never been cleaned. I must say that the ladies in charge of our rooms were very nice and friendly, that’s why we didn’t complain at the hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were clean and comfy beds, loved the complementary breakfast buffet. Our kids loved the Game room too. Staff were polite and helpful all the time.

Excellent hotel for our pre-Disney stay! Great, close location. Quiet rooms with big TV and chromecast so we could watch a film together in the evening. Car park felt secure. Staff friendly and breakfast was great. We loved it so much, we priced it up for our post-Disney stay too! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
