Cheap & convenient for the airport. No reply to messages sent prior to arrival or when I called the hotel from the airport to arrange the shuttle pick up at night… the hotel is easy to reach by tram from the airport luckily.

The hotel is close to the airport and there is a shuttle. My wife broke her leg and has limited mobility. Hôtel never answered my 3 e-mails through Expedia about the shuttle, they just don’t read them. Later they told me that I had to call. Which I tried to do when we’ve found out upon arrival that their last scheduled shuttle never came (their shuttle doesn’t run in the afternoon). I couldn’t understand how to dial French number from my phone, had to ask a random person at the airport, then wait for 1.5 hours at the airport(hotel is less than a mile away). Hotel is very tired and was wildly overpriced. On top of everything, there was a 2+ hours blackout at 7 pm next day and we couldn’t even have our dinner.Terrible experience.

This is an older hotel. Even the shuttle from the airport is old. Some of the seat belt buckles are broken. However, what saves this hotel is certainly the attached Portuguese style restaurant. It has an extensive choice of seafood and meat at a reasonable price (at least compared to the US). The food is really good. We decided to go with the meat.

2 stars The room was okay for the price, but the shuttle service was a big disappointment. When we arrived at Orly Airport, we were told the shuttle would come in 10 minutes—however, it took almost an hour to finally reach the hotel, even though it should have been just a 7-minute ride. The shuttle driver didn’t help with our suitcases, so we had to load them into the van ourselves. Overall, not a great experience.

The hotel was nice. Ease of check in was fine except the front desk staff was not cordial. I felt ignore by them at times. A staff of East Indian descent scolded me when I didn’t realize the coffee at the front desk was not self serve. I felt embarrassed in front of others. The location was very good and the rooms were inviting but the front desk staff needs to provide better customer service.

Great bed, great staff, ok breakfast

We arrived very late and were welcomed with a big smile and our room keys within a minute, excellent. Small downside was parking, not wanting to be rude and take a disabled space, we squeezed and I mean squeezed into a corner. Some terrible parking which looked like the cars had been abandoned!!
