Great hotel, great staff. Walking distance to Champs-Elysées and even Eiffel Tower.

Upon arrival, the guest service person was very confused and not helpful. When we finally got our keys to room and inspected the bed for bedbugs there was an infestation. When informing service desk, he was not surprised and told us good luck finding another hotel. Horrible experience!
