Accessible, helpful, clean, and comfy!

Excellent service and excellent place to stay! Incredible working with me with my accessibility needs and my wheelchair and even upgrdafaded me due to a misunderstanding on my own part about the bathroom/bed combo options. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed in a double room with basin. 5th floor with excellent view. Towel and soap supplied. Bed comfortable. Showers and toilets were outside the room,shared. Room itself was clean and comfortable, cleaned daily. Only a single hanger for clothes, which was far from adequate. Cleanliness of toilets and showers very variable, which of course depends on other guests' behaviour. No hook for clothes inside toilets, so awkward if visiting shower and toilet one after the other, with nowhere to leave towel. Relatively inexpensive for Paris, and stayed here due to limited budget, but extortionate price for what was supplied if it was elsewhere. Acceptable for a 2 night stay.

This hotelF1 property is a Dormitory - long corridors, many students and feels like a Univercity building. Clean, shared accommodation style where multiple travelers sleep in the same room, and are found in guesthouses, hostels, and casual hotels around the world. Their greatest appeal is the low price of multiple beds in one room. Coffee machine will charge you only coins it likes, so be prepared to look for the coins. Staff refused to refund me and I stayed my time there. I think teenagers will like it, also young kids will enjoy loud environment. You will enjoy the stay if you miss your old university days.

Rooms are small for 4 of us had a lovely stay. Very clean rooms, comfy beds and great black out blinds. Our room was very quiet. Little out of the city metro 10 mins walk. Great bakery 5 mins walk away. Will defiantly be back.

The hotel is functional. Rooms small and bathroom micro - I have had bigger shower rooms in ship’s cabins! The addition of a refrigerator in the rooms would be of enormous benefit. It takes 30-40 minutes to reach central sites via 5mins walk - tramway - metro.

Dreadful! Rude staff and no aircon in rooms meaning when it’s hot you could roast a frozen chicken! Beds are the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in.

I would only stay here again if I was desperate and it's my only choice. The room is extremely small, you can barely open a suitcase. The bathroom is the size of an airplane bathroom. You'd be more comfortable laying on a matchbox than the mattress, that's how thin it is. The sheets and towels are like paper, which applies to the walls as well. It gives storage vibes rather than hotel.

Surprisingly very good for the price. We took a family room with private bathroom, was spacious. Room cleaned each day. Walking distance to metro and many shops and restaurants. Reception staff were all very pleasant too.

The place was great for our small family of 4. It was a great place to bring the kids, very safe and friendly. The main bed was a little hard and the pillows were to soft but otherwise it was an amazing experience.

hotel itself was clean, staff were nice, having laundry on site was also convenient. our room was on the smaller side which was ok. had a direct window view of a cemetery lol. area around it isnt the best but i didnt feel unsafe at all, and was pretty close to metro/trams which was nice.

Stay in Paris

Cool hotel if you’re not spending a lot of time there. Staff was super friendly and spoke english very well, shared showers were cleaned every morning at 0900 during our stay. Still, a shared shower. Only about a 15 minute walk to the metro or bus. Good for the price for sure :)
