You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment.

This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.

The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more!

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the Marais district and a few minutes’ walk a large number of famous monuments.

This apartment is located on the first floor with elevator. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped American kitchen, a dining room and a large living room in which you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its Parisian character and its calm.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The dining room has a dining table for 8 people and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.

Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places.

You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.

Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

HOUSE RULES

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.

A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

Great condo in a very nice neighborhood! Location close to the metro to reach turistic spots.Excellent communication with the renting company, they sent me a message half my stay to make sure everything was good:)Easy check in, they were kind to let us do it earlier as our flight was early morning. Above and Beyond

We really enjoyed the flat, it was close enough to everything without being in an overly touristy location. It was clean, check in process was smooth. The host went above and beyond when we accidentally left a bag in the room while checking out and leaving for the airport! They came to let us in again very quickly. Very appreciative, will recommend.

Great apartment for larger group

Beautiful apartment in Paris. We were a group of 5 and needed a larger place to stay for our trip. This apartment was perfect. Our flight arrived early in the morning and they suggested using a City Locker for our luggage until we could check it. That worked perfectly and was only a 5 min walk from the stay. We were able to check in in the afternoon. The host met us at the address and showed us how to get in and out. They also gave us a run down of the area...nearby cafes, bakery, restaurants. They were so nice and answered all our questions. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Only one toilet but not the end of the world. Large showers and plenty of space for everyone.

Spacious apartment in the northern Marais

Huge 3 bedroom apartment, very clean and comfortably appointed with lots of extras I don't ordinarily expect in a rental -- extra towels, soaps, bath products, coffee pods -- all were much appreciated. Communication and meeting at the apartment went very smoothly with staff checking in by text during the stay. Really enjoyed the diverse neighborhood with many local cafe's, patisseries, and Asian restaurants nearby. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Excellent location and stay

Communication with LivinParis was great. I received a phone call several hours before our check in time and was able to pick up keys and drop off luggage before check in time. Apartment had not yet been cleaned so we had to wait for check in time to settle in. Having two sets of keys was great as we were staying with our two adult children. Apartment is quiet, spacious, comfortable, and in a good location. Elise went above and beyond by printing some football tickets for us and dropping them off on the dining table. Perfect place for our family to catch up after busy days exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in April 2024 with my wife and 2 children (12 and 14 years). Location was perfect. Flat had plenty of space. However, check in a little cumbersome and flat was not super clean given expensive rental, including blood stain on pillow. We received a very small credit for this. Also, freezer not operational as missing door.

Gorgeous Apmnt in excellent location

No need to look further. This is the place you want to stay in the Marais area! The management company representatives were kind, thoughtful and welcoming. Adonis met us at the property and checked in on us the next day to make sure that all was going well. The building is secure and the apartment itself is stunning, immaculately clean, with comfortable bedding and well stocked. Location close to two metro lines and a pleasant walk to Hotel de Ville and the Seine if one chooses. Lots of restaurants in the area. Probably the best VRBO property we have ever stayed!

Wonderful

The apartment was wonderfully shown as listed. Love how it was decorated and had everything we needed. Though there is 2 bathrooms there is only one toilet which was unexpected but not an issue. Adonis was great with getting us checked in. Definitely appreciated the bottle of wine and nespresso pods!

Recent Stay in the Marais

Our recent stay in the Marais was on a whole lovely -- the apartment was in an excellent location, was very quiet, and was quite spacious. It was well appointed and comfortable, with nice, modern, decor. Unfortunately the apartment was not clean when we arrived -- we had to clean the bathrooms, the toilet, vacuum, and found dirty socks in one of the bedrooms. While the property manager was immediately in contact and offered to send cleaners back, we had to decline as we had already moved in (after a lengthy red-eye journey) and as there was no safe for us to store our passports, etc., we didn't feel comfortable. It should also be noted that this apartment looks onto an inner courtyard, which means it's nice and quiet, but is directly over the garbage area -- this didn't cause us any particular issue (it wasn't warm enough), but something to be mindful of if visiting in the summer.

Great Location in Le Marais

Whenever I'm in Paris I stay in the Marais and this was one of the best apartments I've had in the area. The apt was exactly as described, lots of light, and comfortable. Linens were nice and the bathrooms were well appointed. Having an elevator was a nice bonus when taking luggage in and out. It was a little bit noisy Friday night given the apt proximity to everything but if you want silence, go stay in the country. I usually visit Paris in the fall so this apt was fine but I wouldn't rent it in the summer as there is no air conditioning and it gets a bit stuffy. If you're not bothered by that, the host did provide lots of fans which helped and as I said, there were plenty of windows where you could let the breeze blow in. Would definitely rent again.

Spacious and clean property with great location. Street itself is not the prettiest in Paris but fine. Had to pay 30 euro for check in after 8pm which is a little annoying. traveling in covid times is not so easy. One minor quibble: no shelf of any kind in the shower. Odd. Also only one toilet which is fine but may surprise some since their are multiple bathrooms.

Just Perfect!

The apartment was clean and stylishly decorated. Metro 3 min walk away. You can walk to Les Halles, even to Notre Dame or the Louvre (25-30 min). Lots of cute cafés and a grocery store in the area. I would stay here again!

Great apartment for a family

Super apartment, in great neighborhood with a park across the road. Walking distance to most attractions such as Louvre, Notre Dame and great assistance from the property managers upon arrival and throughout stay if needed. Wonderful!
