Property Details:
This 50-sqm apartment is located on the 6th floor with an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
The bedroom faces the interior courtyard and is furnished with a king size bed with a superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.
Our guestsâ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.
- Please note for reservations valued over âŹ1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a âŹ50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a âŹ90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - âŹ120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guestâs responsibility.
Interaction with Guests:
You will have the property all to yourself during your stay. We are available by email phone should you require assistance during your stay.
Check-in process was terrible. My wife and I were stranded in the cold for over an hour because the key pick-up box didn't work. We had to wait for someone to bring us one in-person. Mold on shower wall and ceiling (see photo).On the second morning of our stay, three men barged into our apartment while my wife and I were sitting at the kitchen table in our underwear. Are these men here to steal from us? Are they going to try to harm my wife? These were the natural things that immediately ran through my mind as the three men assertively poured into our kitchen uninvited. It was a chaotic minute of trying to figure out what the heck was going on, as the men didn't speak English and we don't speak French. They went back out into the hallway and produced the new window they were tasked to install. I stood there outnumbered and with no way to verify their identities, as they installed the window. The Vrbo managers created this dangerous situation with their lack of communication with the building, and thus we were never notified of anyone coming. This is absolutely unacceptable, even if the Vrbo managers claim they weren't informed. The Vrbo managers took little accountability, gave a perfunctory apology, and said that according to their policy they didn't do anything wrong. All I know is, I never thought the most enduring memory of my accommodations in Paris would be the frantic thought that morning, "Can I get to the knife on the counter before the intruder does?"
This was a great location- surrounded by restaurants and walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame, Pompidou and several Metro stops! The flat was super-clean and exactly as described in the listing. The host made it easy and even made a small accommodation to make sure we got out on time to catch our flight home.
The apartment could be a really nice place in Paris. The neighborhood is great. The issues that we had are all about the management. No one is paying attention to the details or care about your staying. We had no WiFi at check-in and after 25 messages⊠still nothing. No dish towels in the kitchen. Shower is a trap to flood the apartment if you donât pay attention. Towels are in need to be replaced. The toilet seat was scratched and also in need of replacement. The couch mattress was ok for one light person but the sheets provided were stained.
Great location! Comfy bed, fans helped a lot with the heat, the rest was pretty minimum, but had everything we needed. Couldnât get the tv or WiFi up and running. Wish we couldâve stayed longer.
The location is 5 star! Minutes to multiple metro entrances, 10 minutes to Louvre. Apartment was very clean and linens/towels provided as listed. We had a challenging time getting the key due to the keybox malfunctioning, but the PM was communicative and able to get it resolved. The only issues with the property were the WiFi and TV not working (it would have been nice if those things had been checked before we checked in). We were finally able to get WiFi working after a few days but TV never worked. This did not ruin our stay and I would recommend the property to others. PM was attentive and Iâm sure they will take care of it for the future. Apartment was very quiet and you could not hear other tenants. There is a small lift to use. Building seems very secure and safe. There is not a view, but that didnât bother us. Tons of cafes and bakeries nearby!
The apartment needs some safety and informational updates
The space size is okâŠlocation is good. Information for check in etc was good but upon entering the apartment there is no info related to safety and use. NO info in case of fire/emergency. No info on using dishwasher which did NOT clean the dishes..the dishwasher is not securely anchoredâŠ. or on use of the washing machineâŠ.which we finally figured out. I fell stepping out of the shower/tub. There is NO GRAB BAR. No grip on the tubâŠ.totally smooth and slick. Fortunately I did not break a hip, but it was a painful fall. Iâm still sore a week later. My husband helped me out every time after that. I am a very able person, extremely scary. I was not happy with nothing to hold on to except a swinging half door and the swinging door to the bathroom The bed ( not the best) comforter and the sleeper sofa comforter filled the air with dust. there was evidence of unfinished painting/repair work with equipment stored in the place. Would have Been nice to have a âstarter kitâ of Nespresso coffee capsules and tea and again no directions on use of the Nespresso. Also a small hotel size bar of soap to get started would have been nice. A half roll of toilet paper did help till we got to the store. Iâve owned rental homes and have stayed in several. A few changes would improve the comfort and especially the SAFETY of this place.No carbon monoxide detector These are simple fixes. At check out, Key boxes at G-20 were not working so we had to go back and leave the keys inside.
We stayed in two flats, this one near Palais Royal-Le Louvre and couldnât be happier! Both were incredibly central, making Paris easily accessible. The flats were spotless, spacious, and just perfect for our family. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, thanks to the efficient management company. Highly recommend for a seamless and central Paris experience!
