Fantastic staff!
There was some road construction around the property when I was there - (4/5 for area question).
Convenient to station!

OKKO Paris Est is my home away from home when in Paris. It’s only a few hundred meters from the platform of my High Speed Train service to Strasbourg. 5 minute walk also from Gare du Nord. Situated near very important transportation hubs. Places to eat and shops in Gare De L’Est.
The booking design is refreshing and the CIWL Orient Express train theme within the hotel is very neat and well thought out it beeing right next to platform 1 of Gare De L’est. I’ve stayed here a dozen times and love it here.
