Very chic. Rooms immaculate. Outstanding breakfast. Guests need to be provided with a map - uber driver had no clear idea where to drop us off, and we spent 15 minutes finding the hotel. It then took five minutes to find someone to check us in, but he was very polite and gracious. Would definitely return when using Austerlitz station.

We absolutely loved our stay at Off Seine. It ia really one of the coolest places to stay in Paris with a great location. We were surprised how quiet it was even on a Saturday night with thousands of salsa, tango, techno and Breton folk dancers just minutes away along the quai. The staff were always lovely and helpful when our flight was canceled due to the Air Canada strike. A night on the orange design suite is highly recommended! We will be back! MERCI!

Stay on the river.

A different type of accommodation with all the quality of a good traditional hotel. It made a significant contribution to the enjoyment of our city break and definitely a consideration for all future trips to Paris.

Actually a boat in the river, which I was not completely aware of and the thing actually rocks when other boats pass. So, in case you are sentitive to this, make sure you know what you book. Furthermore, this hotel/boat is well located between the metro Austerlitz and the Gare de Lyon, so very well connected to explore Paris and it's a lit of fun to be on a yacht instead of another boring hotel building.

Fun way to stay in Paris, but I’m still rocking as I’m terrible with any moving objects and I wasn’t aware the barge does actually rock pretty heavily. Furthermore, conveniently located close to metro, RER and train stations. The neighborhood itself does not have too much to offer, but it’s easy to get anywhere in Paris by metro.

On the Seine

Location was great. Close to the train station(s). My only complaint would be that there was a good amount of noise at night and I found it hard to sleep. Definitely will need white noise if you're a light sleeper.

Way overpriced. It is a storage container on a barge anchored to the wall of the river. It rocks so motion sickness is an issue. When the toilets flush it’s a loud zapping sound. There are other random zapping sounds and we couldn’t quite figure out the cause. We could hear people walking by so it is definitely not sound proof as advertised.
