Beware the Deposit!

They took our deposit and have never refunded it. There was no damage (we were only in the room for 8 hours as a stop over) and they have never informed us of any damage to justify withholding it; they simply haven't returned it. We have tried twice through Hotels.com but on both occasions the manager was said to be away and would deal with it upon their return but didn't. Hotels.com then gave up because they said they had tried twice but the hotel would not return their calls, meaning we are without our money and the hotel doesn't make contact

Bonjour,A deposit by bank card is requested on arrival in the amount of 100 or 50.This deposit is closed without debit at the check out.Cash deposit are not allowed.Subject to the country and subject to your bank, it takes between 48 hours to 60 days to be released.Best Regards

Have stayed here several times, easy to get to Disneyland from here and a reasonable price per room, rooms are spacious with decent sized bathroom and kitchen area, breakfast option is a good variety and fresh pastries are a must. Overall it’s looking a little tired but is undergoing a complete refurbishment…… looking forward to staying again in the future

I visited the apartments from the UK for 3 nights, the bus outside took us into Disney for 2.5€ but a taxi was only €10 The staff spoke good English and although we didn’t have breakfast at the apartments it was an option. There is a bakery just next door and a takeaway for pizza. The beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was adequate, although didn’t have a toaster. Our room had a bath also. For the price I would recommend compared to the prices of staying at Disney

Nice stay

Good apartment, had a view over the pool with a balcony, that was lovely. Roomy and clean. Friendly staff bus route right outside, perfect location for shopping and Disney. Only issues were parking, there were not enough spaces for people staying. Shower head doesnt stay on holder to had to hold. Furniture in room looking a little tired but these were minor issues really and we spent little time in the room, just a base. Would definitely stay again due to excellent location and transport

Friendly staff, basic rooms with problems

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very basic. Plug sockets didn’t work, furniture was worn. The shower didn’t work but there was a bath. Good for getting your head down for the night but wouldn’t recommend staying here if comfort is what you are after.
