We loved our stay. Our suite was modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff (especially Leslie) was friendly, and the location was convenient. After a long day of touring, I wish the smart TV’s apps had worked. The only English-speaking channels we could get were CNN and BBC (too much politics), but this will not lower my rating.

Great place to stay in Paris! Lovely neighborhood, close to metro, friendly and helpful staff, comfy beds with luxurious bedding, room and washroom were beautiful and had plenty of space. We’d have preferred to have a room with a shower as opposed to only a bathtub with a spray hose, but the tub was gorgeous (just not practical). We’d definitely stay at the hotel again and would highly recommend it.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend the property. The room was very high end and our balcony was amazing, we used it a LOT. The room had very comfortable furnishings and bed and had everything we needed. From kitchen tools, plates, glasses and sliverware to the included power adapter it was all there. The bathroom was contemporary and elegant and had everything you needed. The heating and cooling was great, especially the AC for the hot weather we've had this year. The details were all covered in this property. We felt very safe while staying there, as well as the area surrounding the property. The staff was very attentive and great. We will stay here again for sure next time we are in Paris. We loved it.

This is such a wonderful apartment hotel in Paris! There’s a grocery store, pharmacy, laundry, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Modern, clean, and staff was excellent. Stayed with my husband and 2 young kids and its perfect. Would definitey stay here again!

This hotel was an excellent option for my family of 4. Our room was clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was an easy walk to the Seine with many dining options. Access to the Metro was also very convenient and walking around we discovered many small shops nearby.

We had never been to Paris before and weren’t sure where to stay. We are so glad we stayed in the 4th A. and at this hotel! Quiet, nice, nearby many metro stations and the RER C to get to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Close by the Notre Dame and Latin Quarter - very walkable. Also, as two young sister travelling alone, we felt very safe in the area (gay village type area). Overall, truly excellent!

Staff on arrival were friendly and helpful. The duplex apartment was very clean and equipped to a very high standard. It had everything you would expect and more including t bags and coffee, fresh water, toiletries. The only thing to be aware of is the top floor apartment has small windows and sloping roof but I knew I was booking a top floor Paris apartment. Also the small lift only went to the 4th floor so you need to use the stairs for the last floor. This was disclosed when I booked. The area was busy with lots of cafes and restaurants close by. I'd book again but if I had a choice would book a lower floor.

The apartment and property were beautiful, the people at front desk couldn’t have been more helpful, they arranged transportation, recommendations for restaurant, shopping, and got me the most beautiful flowers for my wife’s birthday. I will never stay any place else when I visit Paris again.
