Es ist wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft gewesen. Der Einzige Nachteil den andere schon erwĂ€hnt hatte, Menschen die in ihrer MobilitĂ€t eingeschrĂ€nkt sind werden es schwer haben ĂŒber das schmale Treppenhaus in den 4. Stock zu gelangen.

Great location, comfy bed, nice bathroom

Really enjoyed our stay. Accommodations are perfect for a couple. Wonderful location -- can get just about everywhere quite easily. As others have said, the steps are rough. We were 2 able-bodied people and simply saw them as an extra workout for the day, but my older parents would not have been able to manage.

Llegamos al apartamento el dia y a la hora pautada segĂșn me indico Expedia y estaba cerrado, cinco dĂ­as aquĂ­ en Paris y aĂșn no han dado la cara, NO lo recomiendo. Estoy reclamando el reembolso de mi pago, espero que pronto me lo den.

Perfect Location for Exploring

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend. The location is very convenient to shopping, dining, gardens, tourist attractions and metro. It's large, clean and well furnished. Even though it's on a bust street, it's very quiet. We had a great time!!

Amazing location

3 nights in Paris ! So easy to get around and an amazing neighbourhood with lots of restaurants/vintage stores nearby. Accessible to all major attractions with the metro/taxi/bus right outside door. 4 flights of stairs to apartment (that didn’t bother us) very easy check in, clean comfortable apartment with lots of space (especially for paris) One small thing was that the water tank did make a knocking sound intermittently that woke me one night and my partner the other ! But all in all would 100% recommend and stay here again !

great location; small, basic apartment

The location is great. We worried as we ascended the interior staircase b/c the carpet is old and dingy and the surrounding wood is peeling and rotting. Worried we had booked a "dump". But the apartment was fine. No rugs anywhere, so very bare looking. But bathoom good size and clean, ditto kitchen. Bedroom a little small with the bed jammed up against the wall so one person has to climb over the other to get out. Small "living" area is not nice looking but very functional and nice to have.

Still waiting for a refund

We showed up and the flat had not been cleaned. When I called to get it resolved, they could not get it cleaned that day. They did offer for another apartment but it was across town and then we would have to move back the next day. They offered a refund as we decided to get a hotel instead. But 5 days later and I am still waiting for the refund to be initiated

Location makes it great!

This unit has all you need: restaurants, shops, grocery, siteseeing, metro, and don’t forget to visit Luxenberg gardens. It’s the best park in Paris!

Perfect mom and daughter trip!

Location, location, location!! The apartment was in the middle of it all! Short walk to Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, Notre Dame, Metro, gardens, supermarkets, more restaurants, cafes, bars than you can count. Gorgeous views, and just the right amount of space and comfort. Beware of the walk up four floors, but well worth it with everytging else.

Very nice - exactly as shown. No issues

Very nice and a great location. 4 flights of stairs with travel sized suitcases, was a challenge, but I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.
