The staff were very kind, helpful, and accommodating during my stay. I stayed in a deluxe room which had been recently renovated (offered an upgrade) and it was beautiful. Very close to the CDG airport (with shuttle service available). The location isn’t as close to the city but it worked out.

We like the room, renovated and looks new. it is easy to notice that their hard-working ladies take good care of the rooms. People don't stay in hotels to watch TV but I think they could offer more TV channels, like Canal Plus.

Spacious and modern rooms. Tasty food in the restaurant. Super friendly staff. Connection to paris also perfect. Bus stop at door step and it will take you to train station part des expositions. From there it only costs 2 Euro per ride (30 min) instead of 13 Euros. I love this hotel. And will definitely come back when next time travel to paris!

The hallways looked tired, but the room was cleanand comfortable, which was perfect for our needs. The breakfast is superb, with a large array ofchoices. The hotel itself is under renovation, which will definitely make it great. Staff are wonderful.

The hotel is lovely. It is clean. The staff is very helpful. Only downside is they are doing renovation and the banging, drilling and noise wakes you up in the morning at 8 am, you cannot sleep in late if you are on vacation. Also, some of the bath towels need to throw out , they have stain on them and are discolored.

This property is conveniently located just less than 15 drive from the CDG Airport. We took the free airport shuttle which was comfortable. There are several public transportation options within a two minute walk of the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, brand new, and well maintained. The staff are friendly and welcoming. While it takes an hour to get to the city and Disney, it is worth the stay at this well maintained hotel. I would see it as a peaceful haven after a long day of sightseeing or visiting the parks.
