We had a great time staying here for spring break. It was my family’s first time skiing, and this made everything easy. Ski rentals and hot tub in the building, plenty of walkable restaurants, and best of all, easy access to the lifts, especially the First Timers! The condo was perfectly suited to our family of four, with games and plenty of space. When we wanted a change of scenery, the walk to Main Street was a pretty 20-min stroll, with a free shuttle bus if we were too tired (we weren’t!). We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was the perfect getaway. Being right on the mountain made it so easy to enjoy everything Park City has to offer — hiking and biking trails start just steps from the building, and it’s close to Main Street. The condo was comfortable, spotless, and perfectly located. We loved having so much to do right on site — pool, gym, steam room, ice skating, restaurants, and shops — all without needing a car. The mountain activities are incredible, and this condo made it all effortless. The best place we have stayed in park city for sure. We can’t wait to come back! Location is king!

Family spring break trip and wanted easiest location possible. Would rent from them again. Great parking and 3-5 minute walk to the slopes! We loved the heated pool and spa with a view of the slopes. View from the patio is of the parking lot but that wasn’t why I booked this. We used the washer and dryer inside the condo and worked well. Great water pressure. Ski rental discount at onsite shop too. Owner provided a super helpful online guide with activities, food suggestions as well as off slope ideas.

Amazing slopeside location and spacious accommodations

We spent 8 nights over spring break at The Draper and couldn't have been more pleased with the condo and owner. The location can't be beat, and the unit is spacious and well-appointed. Everything is new, and the kitchen is fully stocked. Our two kids slept in the second bedroom - one in the main bed and one in the trundle bed - while my wife and I enjoyed the king bed in the master bedroom. Everyone was comfortable and slept well. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a ski vacation in Park City. And the host, Randy, couldn't have been more helpful.

Convenient Park City condo

Stayed for a week over spring break with my wife and 14 year old son. The unit is as described. It is at the base of PCMR, about a 3-4 minute walk to the payday/crescent lifts. The bed in the master bedroom is the most comfortable bed of any VRBO I have stayed at in the last 10 years. Host was very communicative throughout the process and we did not encounter any issues. I would stay here again.

The Draper at Park City Mountain Village Lodge

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 night stay at the Draper. The condo was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. This unit has been recently remodeled and everything is top notch down to the smallest detail. The owners, Randy and Kathy, are wonderful hosts. Their communication before and during our stay was excellent, and included helpful information on dining and activities. The local manager, Lynn, is very attentive and checked in on us after the first night to make sure we were having an excellent stay. We have stayed at the Lodge for many years and this condo was easily the best. It is close to the ski lifts and at the end of the day you can ski right up to the Lodge and be back to the condo in just a few steps.

Our family of 5 stayed in this beautiful condo! This was our first time to Park City. The owners of this condo rolled out the red carpet. They were communicative and sent a super helpful welcome letter regarding activity, ski rental, and restaurant recommendations and more. All the recs were spot on! The condo was clean, spacious, well decorated, and cozy. TVs in every room. Fabulous fireplace in the common area. The convenience is unmatched. Ski in and ski out and walking distance to several restaurants and bars. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely loved this condo. It was perfect for our family of 4. This was our 4th year staying in this condo building and this was my favorite unit thus far. The location was great and the easy access to the outdoor stairs was a great feature that other units didn’t have. If you haven’t stayed in this area before you cannot beat it. The 1 minute walk to the slopes is ideal, especially with kids. The ice skating rink, restaurants, and stores are also wonderful bonuses. Randy was responsive and great to work with and we can’t wait to come back next year! Thank you!

Ski trip

We had a great stay. It was our first family ski trip with our 9, 7, and 4 year old. We wanted a place close to the mountain if our 4 year old needed a ski break. It was the perfect spot for us bc when he (4 yo) needed a break, I could ski with him back to the condo. Super easy. My older two could stay skiing with my husband. When we were done skiing we could walk to restaurants, go ice skating, take the bus (super easy and free) to Main Street, or take the mountain coaster for a ride. The location of the condo was SO CONVENIENT. Oh and we rented skis right outside of the condo/hotel building. Randy and Lynn were very easy to get ahold of. Their response time is probably the best I’ve experienced. Super nice and extremely helpful. The condo itself was clean, well stocked, and looked like the pictures. Can’t say enough great things!

Exceptional Stay

Fantastic property - location, location, location! If you are truly looking to ski with ease and frequently (which we did), you cannot beat this location. You are able to step outside and be on the slopes within minutes, making it convenient for some to stop early, head out later, or take a break. We had the smallest of issues with the ski locker (user error), and this was reconciled immediately. Very good instructions and communications, be the lookout for them as it gets closer to your stay. Very clean and good layout in the unit; kitchen fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful ski trip. Location is perfect, just steps from several lifts to take you where you want to go. Looks exactly like the pictures. Getting in and out of the condo was super easy. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Ski in/Ski out!

This place is perfect for a ski vacation. Literally stops from the lifts, it is nicely furnished and they provide everything you need. Lynn, the property manager is terrific, responsive and answers any questions you may have. My family and I will definitely be returning!

Great location and unit

The unit is very nice and comfortable. The location is convenient too -- it's a short walk to the Park City base and main lifts, there are a number of shops nearby, and the shuttle bus to Main St., Deer Valley, etc. is right outside the building. It's perfect for a small group.

Perfect location and amenities!

We had the trip of a lifetime! This location couldn’t have been better. Steps from the slopes and right by the ski rental office. We made use of the gym, pool and hot tub. It was so helpful to have a washer dryer in the unit, and we appreciated how the unit had tons of things for convenience: detergents, coffee, shampoo and conditioner and soap. Great stay and communication. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!
