Located on desirable Norfolk Ave, this Park City home offers an ideal setting just above the vibrant shopping, dining, and entertainment on Main Street, with easy walking access to skiing and biking at Park City Mountain. This home is strictly available for 30+ night stays.

The home spans three beautifully designed levels. The first level includes a cozy outdoor seating area with Adirondack chairs, a bedroom that will soon feature a king bed and sofa sleeper and a hall bath with a bathtub shower combo. The second level is bathed in natural light, featuring an open floor plan with wood floors and a stunning kitchen boasting stone countertops, a double oven, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious pantry—the dining area seats six, complemented by a breakfast bar that seats three. The living room is anchored by a gas fireplace, surrounded by comfortable furnishings, and a secondary seating area with a flat-screen TV and sectional couch. Step out onto the first balcony, with mountain and town views. Meanwhile, the second outdoor space offers dining al fresco with a BBQ grill. This level also has two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and private access to the hall bath, and a junior master with a queen bed, fireplace, and an ensuite bath with a jet tub and shower. The third level houses the master suite, featuring a king bed, and fireplace, an entrance to the second balcony with a hot tub, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bath with a jet tub. Great Property, Perfect Location

We loved staying here. The home is very spacious with each bedroom having their own bathroom which was a huge plus. Everything is very well appointed and we had everything we needed for our stay. The proximity to Main St. was perfect; even when the streets were closed, we could walk where we wanted to go. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.
