Historic District Charmer - Steps to Park City Main Street

This Daly Avenue duplex is conveniently located in the charming, historic district of Park City, walking distance to Main Street for shopping, dining, galleries, and everything else that beautiful Park City has to offer. The free city trolley will transport you to Park City Mountain Resort's Town Lift for mountain access. Or, catch the free town-wide shuttle to Deer Valley, Canyons, and the Utah Olympic Park.
Enjoy the comforts offered by this beautiful 'home away from home' with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Sleeps 8. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Living room features sofa-sleeper, flat screen cable TV, and wood burning fireplace. Master bedroom has Queen bed, TV, and full bath with large jetted tub and shower. Second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has two Twin beds. Other amenities include private washer/dryer, wireless internet and garage parking. For the comfort and safety of our guests, we employ No Smoking and No Pets.

Many Park City residents say they moved there for the world famous Utah powder and have stayed for the summers - golfing, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, kayaking and just enjoying the beautiful scenery and temperate climate. It's the perfect place for a family with different levels and interests.
Daly Canyon is a popular biking and hiking destination and the wilderness is right out the front door. The back yard is adjacent to open space - a pine and scrub oak forested hillside.

Our favorite place to stay in Park City! The house is lovely and comfortable, with a great kitchen and lots of amenities throughout. The location, a few steps from Main Street, is perfect. Favorite place in Park City

This is my third time here and I hope to be back! The home is lovely, with every detail for a comfortable stay carefully thought out. The location is perfect, if you like to be near town. The owners have been wonderful - always quick to communicate. And Kollin, the property manager is really the very best. Grateful to have had a little more time here and in Park City.

Christmas break family time

We had an amazing time in Park City. The house is conveniently located close to the downtown which allowed us to walk to restaurants and shopping. The house was warm, welcoming and very comfortable. Thank you so much for everything. The house was perfect for our family of four. Close to Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. Perfect Stay

This was my second time here and I hope to be back soon. It's a really wonderful place in a great location near town. The home was stocked with everything we needed and more. Spring Skiing in Park City

We had a wonderful stay! Quick and easy communications with the property manager, flexible and responsive host when we had to move our dates, super easy check in/out, and central location! Comfy beds, great towels, garage for the car = no snow to scrape off :) Also, the most COMPLETELY stocked property I have stayed at! Anything you need, they have it; extra blankets, spices for cooking, pots/pans, garage door opener...lots of books, in case you want a day without skiing :) We hope to be back soon! PS they even offered to get a stool for the shower when I ended up on crutches and brought a nice bottle of wine to ease the sting of my ski accident

The Perfect Rental

Great Location and Property

This property was fantastic for our group of adults and kids. Close to Park City and Deer Valley skiing and a short walk from Main St. The kitchen was fantastic and stocked with everything we needed to make meals and the storage was excellent for all of the winter gear. Mar 2022 Trip

We had a very great Spring break in 2022 with our family of four. The host and property manager are extremely helpful and responsive. The house is exactly how it is described. The house is immaculate and clean. We feel safe during the pandemic times. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with top quality appliances, cookware and silverware. We also like the backyard with plenty of room for our son to play after skiing. Lots of board games to enjoy as well. The garage fits a full size SUV and the driveway can fit another one. Deer Valley Resort and Park City Resort are just minutes away and we walked to restaurants on the Main Street, Park City in less than 7 min every night for dinner. Great location and we would love to stay here again anytime.

Fabulous home

Daly Ave Dream Stay

We stayed at the Barrett’s lovely home over the Christmas holiday and it was so cozy and perfectly located. You can easily walk to Main St for shopping and dining or walk in the opposite direction to hit some hiking or snowshoeing trails (or sledding for that matter). The home is perfectly stocked with all of the kitchen items you may need. There’s also plenty of extra blankets, travel sized toiletries, snow shovels, paper products, and wood for the fireplace. The property manager, Kollin, is fantastic and very responsive. He even went out of his way to fulfill our request of a Christmas tree for the house. In total, we had 6 guests in our group and we found the home to be plenty spacious for all of us. The 3 bedrooms are a great size and are very clean and comfortable (same for the bathrooms). The owners truly have left no stone unturned with this property! We would return in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Home away from Home

We had a great experience this week! Fantastic location. The home was extremely well appointed with all the necessities then some. Felt like home as soon as we all walked in. We had Deer daily by the back door. A few hundred yards from downtown which is a great walk. Property manager communication was great with easy check in and check out procedures. Highly recommended.
