Carpet needs badly replaced, towels are old and need refreshed. Heater in bedroom didn't work. Overall great place but just needs a little more love.

I had room 11 (building 2?), it was literally falling apart, holes in the wall from the plumbing being fixed, I pulled out the drawer beneath the sink to get a roll of toilet paper, and the drawer/door fell off, the sink stopper didn't work. The elevator didn't work, I had to lug my ski equipment up and down the stairs everyday. BUT I will say that the bed and the pillow were quite comfortable and I did get a good night's sleep after being on the slopes all day. My friends come here every year, but next year, I don't know..........

Weekend Get-away.

Weekend trip. Hotel was in perfect location and access to all restaurants and bars were within short walking distance. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. A few minor opportunities included a blow dryer that did not work. Cosmetic opportunities with bathroom vent/heat as it was not mounted on ceiling properly and hot water heater door would not shut all the way. Overall, very satisfied with facility and would definitely stay there again.

The property is old and a little run down, however the unit that I stayed in was newer. When arriving I checked in and was given a room only to find out it only had one king bed. When I booked my reservation with Expedia I booked a room with two queens to accommodate everyone in my group. The person at the front desk seemed confused and he blamed the issue on Expedia. We went back and forth and I was given a room with a king bed and a sofa pull-out bed. We made that work, as there were no other options available at the time.
