This beautifully updated 1,700 sq. ft. townhome comfortably sleeps 7 adults in three bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms, making it ideal for families, friends, or colleagues. With plenty of space to spread out and get ready, it sits just steps from the free bus route and minutes from everything Park City offers. ParkView is a sought-after community tucked into the heart of town, with direct views of Park City Mountain.

Enter through the private garage—perfect for storing gear—into a warm, tastefully decorated living space. Relax on the comfortable sofa and chairs around the cozy gas fireplace, or enjoy movies and sports on the large TV. The farmhouse-style dining table sits beside the well-equipped kitchen, creating a natural gathering place for meals and game nights. French doors open to a small, private yard with a hot tub for unwinding under the mountain sky. Central a/c is a blessing in the heat of the Park City summer!

Upstairs are three inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom with separate jetted tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and a private balcony with mountain views. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the spacious third bedroom has custom-built bunks—a queen below and twin XL above—sturdy and comfortable for adults. he second bathroom has a combo tub/shower.

Great spot in Park City for our family of five with three young kids. Easy access, clean, and everything worked! Less than five minutes to the base at Park City Mountain resort. Only knit pick issue was hot water ran out a bit quickly during showers after a day of skiing.

Great Location

Great location in a very quiet, well kept community. We went early in December so very little snow but it was cold. Heater was a challenge to balance temperature for upstairs and downstairs but other than that it was perfect. Very clean, plenty of space for 3 adults and a teen. One room does not have a TV but we used our laptop. Overall it’s a great spot and we would come back!

Amazing Stay!

Our stay really exceeded our groups expectations. First, before we arrived, Susie provided a ton of helpful information that made settling in and getting around town very easy. The location of the property is close to both Park City mountain village and Canyons village—everything a short bus ride or Uber away. The property itself was clean, spacious, and charming. We had an amazing stay and would certainly rent again on our next visit to Park City!

Great location!

The property was a convenient, quiet location for our family ski trip. We drove everyday to Park City Mountain Resort which was a 5 minute drive away. We enjoyed the comfortable furniture and soaking in the hot tub after a full day of skiing. Wonderful accommodations for family

Our stay here was wonderful. Susie was very helpful and accommodating when called upon. The hot tub was perfect and used everyday. We cooked several meals at home and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable too. It would have helped us to have a car. The buses took us 3 days to figure out, which was very frustrating. That is the only reason for 3 start in that category. Overall, we are very happy with our stay!

Great Place!

This place is great. Was very clean and had everything we needed. We cooked most our meals here because the kitchen was so well equipped. The private hot tub was the perfect place to end our days after skiing. With all the snow fall the garage was great to have so you vehicle is not covered with snow and ice. Only had one issue with one of the toilets but it was quickly fixed after we contacted Susie. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay

My husband, adult daughters, son-in-laws and I headed to Park City for a pre-Christmas vacation and we could’ve ask for a better time. The house fit our needs perfectly. Although most of the time in Utah was spend on the slopes and in town, we loved heading back to the house and hitting the hot tub. The house was clean, spacious for 6 adults and conveniently location. During our stay, we accidentally broke a light over the island and Susie was so understanding and helpful in finding a replacement. . We couldn’t ask for a nicer host.

Spacious townhome with private hot tub

This place is very spacious and conveniently located. The bus stop for Park City is very close and it’s a quick 5 minute drive to Park City or 10 minutes to Deer Valley. The hot tub was a nice treat after a day skiing. The property manager, Susie, was very responsive when we reached out.

Location for the win!

Had a great stay at Jupiter View over the 2020 holiday week. The townhouse was the perfect size for our party of 8, 4 adults, 4 kids. In the morning it was a short drive to ski PCMR (5 min) and Canyons (8 min). The garage provided a safe/dry space place for our skis so we didn't have to bring our gear inside. Having indoor parking in the garage was also great for cold and snowy mornings. We were able to minimize our outings (due to Covid) and had enough space to prepare and eat meals together at the house. The kitchen was well equipped with essentials for cooking and some pantry staples. Upon arrival the house was very clean. The hot tub was conveniently located just out the back door and we enjoyed it most nights! Susie was very helpful before and during our trip answering questions and providing recommendations for nearby restaurants that provided family-style takeout. We hope to make a return trip to Jupiter View in 2021!
