All towels and linens are provided for your stay. The Solitude includes a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and cooking accessories, making it easy to prepare meals during your visit. The Solitude is comfortably cooled with forced air conditioning.

Enjoy the large yard with a firepit stocked with firewood, along with lawn chairs for relaxing evenings outdoors. Fire up the new Weber grill and dine at your private picnic table. There’s plenty of space for yard games like Corn Hole and Beersbee, and many guests enjoy hanging hammocks from the trees for a peaceful lakeside retreat.

My Solitude on beautiful Long Lake is only 3 minutes from downtown Park Rapids and within walking distance to a local restaurant known for their great food!

Enjoy the peace and tranquility of my Solitude and entire property. Long Lake in Park Rapids has some of the best fishing in Minnesota, great sandy beaches, and nearly 10 miles of water for jet skiing, water skiing, tubing, snorkeling, sailing and swimming!

Our boat is just perfect for a ride around Bolton Bay or out into Long Lake. Our bay is known for its Largemouth Bass.

Enjoy buzzing around the property or head into town. Just up the road is brand new restaurant known for their great food, a short golf cart ride away! Our new street legal cart seats four.

Take a walk on the different Bolton Bay trails or use miles and miles of paved trails in the Heartland trail system which is only two miles away. Bolton Bay is also a short drive to Itasca State Park which is the headwaters of the Mississippi River.

Great little getaway!

We had a great time staying at Bolton Bay. Chris was a fantastic host and the RV was comfortable with all the amenties. I would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful spot that is close to town. We loved it!

Chris was very accommodating and a wonderful host. We enjoyed the lake and the swim dock. Night time camp fires were enchanting. The spacious kitchen made preparing meals for 5 easy. Provided with necessary amenities for a relaxed and overall great stay. Highly recommend for budget conscious families wanting to get away and stay someplace nice.

Relaxing and quiet

Great experience. RV was clean and well stocked. We rented the paddle boat and pontoon and spent a lot of time on the lake which was beautiful and clear. Only left our site once to go into Dorset for dinner at the Pizza Parlour which was delicious. Would have liked to ride bikes on the Heartland Trail but ran out of time. Chris was great, responsive, and helpful. Thanks for a great weekend!

The owner, Chris, is very friendly and easy to work with. The RV itself is spacious, clean and comfortable. The mattress was surprisingly good. Even though I’m a woman, I thoroughly enjoyed this luxurious mancave!

Perfect Simple Getaway!

This was the perfect little spot for my husband and I to get away from the kids to celebrate our anniversary! Great location close to the cute city of Park Rapids, and Itaska state park! The lake was gorgeous! The RV was very clean and Chris was very quick to answer any questions for us as we were new to staying in an RV. The modern conveniences made a little getaway the perfect place to stay and still enjoy the out doors! Will definitely be returning!

Very nice property! Upscale camper very accommodating for family of 4. Great open view to lake with good access to dock. Quiet, relaxing, secluded but within 5 minutes from Park Rapids. Great stay, would highly recommend!

Fun, cozy, comfortable, definitely would go again

Super great! Clean and spacious, it’s an RV but really upscale. Comfy couches and chairs, lovely fireplace that did a great job making the place coZy as it got pretty cold. The gift card for Foxy’s was a great addition, we enjoyed a great experience. Glad the tv and fireplace worked so well because the weather was crappy. Would absolutely recommend it and would return.
