Everything was good except no hot water!!!! And tub faucet wouldn’t shut off completely.

We were not able to take a shower because the drain would not drain. The maintenance man would not be available until 3 days. Would not recommend

I would stay at the Hampton next door

while driving to Parker the Hotel called and made us give them a different cc number. Upon arrival they had already charged us. The lady on the front desk needs to have some customer service training! Upon getting to the room, the toilet seat was extremely loose. went to front desk and reported it, by 8pm no fix. I had to tighten it myself. No handicap bars in the restroom. Plug in the tub inoperable, Caught the Maintenace man the next morning. He was very nice and fixed the problem and offered to help.

Love this best western hotel. We had a great stay that included PB cookies at night and a wo derful breakfast each morning.
