I been staying here at least twice a months from last 1 yr . This was the first time I experienced such disappointment! My restroom had hairs in bathtub, your hair dryer is a broken old hair dryer (disgusting) there was crumbs in bathroom sink! Worst of all someone a few doors down was smoking some sort of (weed, crack or something) disgusting! Frequently smelling my bathroom ! The heavier female blonde hair at the desk is RUDE!! I’m not understanding what’s the issue here that she has to show she’s miserable to prove she’s stern in here work ethic? She should learn communication skills & treat customers with kindness & respect! The lady with blue color eyes dark hair was just ready to above & beyond with ALL the customers checking in & out ! I recommended a party of (10) to your hotel & they checked in for (4 days ) Everyone stated that night shift blonde hair female was RUDE! & argumentative. I’m no longer recommending this Hotel to any family member or friend. I always had good reason to come back but I’m just DISAPPOINTED! What’s the meaning in taking these type of surveys if the issue is not addressed. I have my home 7 minutes away from your hotel & I can definitely have my guests stay in my home along with myself … however the convenience of attending a family member’s home & casino walking distance was much greater. Little I don’t experience any issues at any Hilton hotel anywhere in the state or the city where I have stayed with my family frequently. First time

Great hotel. Only recommendation is that might be time to replace the matteress. Two different roo.s and my bones ache rhe second night
