Parker Biz trip

Staff was very helpful. Room are very clean and the bed was quite comfortable!

Good Times

The manager at the front desk was very kind. Everything was clean and great. My only problem was the mattress was not my favorite

Insufficient space for clothing

I am sorry about there not being a lot of space for clothing. Unfortunately, that was the way Hampton designed the rooms. If we could alter the closets in the rooms, we would make them larger. I do hope aside from this you enjoyed your stay during your time with us. Hope to see you again soon.

Facility refused to honor our paid reservation

After looking into your reservation information, you were a No Show on the night of Jan 18th. Your room was checked out on the 19th after we did not hear from you. I am not sure how we did not honor your reservation when you did not even show up for it. If possible we will need more information on this issue.
