The staff at this hotel is always fantastic! A shout out to Shannon for her warm and professional friendliness. The hotel is well located on the fabulous beach of Parksville and offers (2 ports) free EV charging in their parking lot.

I was expecting a room with a view of the ocean but got a view of the parking lot. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The shower was a bit aggressive. I like high pressure but it hurt how strong the pressure was. The restaurant had a nice view if you sit by the window. Make reservation if you want a view. Food was good. Staff was friendly and overall a good overnight experience.

Took my mom for a Mother’s Day weekend getaway. Clean freshly painted rooms, friendly service. Wish we would have spent more for an ocean view room instead of staring at a tarred rooftop. Really good food in the restaurant and an awesome view of the bay. Unfortunately our server left a lot to be desired (didn’t tell us the specials or offer dessert)…first day on the job??

Beautiful views of the beach and ocean. The hotel is beautiful, we would have loved to have tried the restaurant but our kids had other ideas. We would definitely stay here again. Lots to do in the area!
