3 Bed 3 Bath-Large Wrap Around Porch Family Friendly, Hot Tub, WiFi

When city life has got you down, a genuine country escape is your only answer. Set amidst the rolling countryside and pasture fields at the end of a private road, this home is worlds away from the hustle and bustle of down town. The natural tranquility of a 32 acre country farm surrounds the home with stocked fish pond, total creek frontage, wildlife viewing all from the comforts of a covered wrap around deck.
Inside you’ll find a lovely contemporary furnished 3 bedroom home with loft. The open floor plan on the lower level allows you to enjoy making memories with the family while preparing meals in the full equipped kitchen. The living room is set up with HD Roku TV with streaming. Each bedroom on the main level features queen size beds, TV and DVD players and private baths. The master bedroom is located on the upper level with king size bed, Roku TV with streaming, private balcony and master bath. In the open loft you can exit onto the private balcony that overlooks the creek and pond. Also features 2 twin trundle beds.
With the covered wrap around porch enjoy watching the family have lots of entertainment with a game of horse shoes, fishing, roasting marsh mellows at the fire pit or just rocking on the porch.

Wireless Internet with Starlink and Wifi Calling. Please note that the more devises that are connected to the Wi-Fi--the slower your service will be! CELL PHONE coverage at the home is very spotty or non-existent for some carriers. Wifi calling has worked well with Starlink.

For those that are adventurous, there are many recreational events in the surrounding area for you to enjoy. Among these are hiking, mountain biking, guided fishing trips, white water rafting, zip lines, wild life viewing, waterfall tours, Blue Ridge Parkway, shopping, sight seeing and many more. Areas of interest: approximately an hour from shopping and museums of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge TN, Maggie Valley NC, Cherokee, NC. For the Nascar Fans we are approximately 80 miles from Bristol Motor Speedway.

This house was just what we needed! Very open and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. There were 10 adirondack chairs for around the fire pit and wood was stocked for us. Beautiful location too. Our entire experience was great!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. We were in town for a family reunion and needed to find a place that would fit all 10 of us. This place was perfect! The house is kept very clean and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the children loved running and playing in the huge yard. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the Greenville area.

Perfect mountain retreat!

My family rented out this property to attend a wedding in nearby Greeneville. The cabin is comfortable and well appointed, and the surrounding area is super beautiful. It is secluded, which makes for wonderful stargazing! It was easy to find with GPS and the check-in/check-out process was super quick and easy. The hosts live on the property and were nice but gave us plenty of privacy. They have a really cute dog :)We especially enjoyed the hot tub, well stocked kitchen, and large deck!

If I could give a 10 star review I would!! We were greeted by the hosts when we arrived on the property and they immediately made us feel welcome. We came to Tennessee for a surprise birthday party for my brother and a few days of family time! The house we stayed in was beautiful, spacious and very clean! It had a completely stalked kitchen with any appliance or cookware we needed and a nice grill.The beautiful covered wrap around porch had plenty of comfortable patio furniture, a picnick table and a nice hot tub. The property was very beautiful and peaceful! We sat on the porch every evening and watched the fireflies, listened to the sounds of nature and made more lasting memories withfamily! We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment of it. If you want to unwind and relax, this is the perfect place. Guarnteed, we wil be back for another visit! Chris & Vicki

Sisters trip

loved everything and then some. We are older and were concerned about spotty and sometimes non existant cell service. My sisters had i phones and they did better than my android which i never got to work. The driveway was hidden and us flatlanders bought helium balloons and tied on the end of driveway. Kinda funny now though. I loved everything about the place and wanted to see wildlife. All we managed were turkeys, deer, and a giant turtle.

An Absolute Gem!

We stayed here a few days after the Hurricane had come through. We were initially not sure if we would even be able to come due to the devastation around the area. We called the Property Manager, Melissa, and asked if she even wanted people to come stay with plenty of other, more serious things to worry about. She told us the house was in good shape and had not been affected by floods. My group came down, loaded with supplies that we donated to the locals, and pulled into this little piece of heaven. The house itself was immaculate, situated on a wonderfully serene piece of land. The only noise you ever heard was from an occasional car or bird passing by. It was quite peaceful. We had six in group and never felt crowded or cramped. With the fully stocked kitchen, we were able to enjoy some wonderful home-cooked meals. The house was so clean and well taken care of, that it felt like a home and not just a vacation spot. We were very grateful for all of the help Melissa gave us in terms of giving us directions to local places, and for her genuine hospitality. It was about 5-minute drive to the closest store (Dollar Store in Parrottsville) and about 15-20 minutes to the nearest major town (Newport). We averaged about 45 minutes to an hour to visit Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but those rides were very easy and quite scenic. If you're looking to escape the hectic life of the city, or just looking for place to unwind and relax, this is the place for you!

Came to Tennessee for a 15u baseball tournament. The property had plenty of space inside to lounge and sleep, and olenty of space outside for exploring. Boys especially liked the creek and the side yard for wiffle ball. The home has everything you could need as far as cooking utensils and pots/pans. There were plenty of towels and blankets also. Thanks for ope ing your home to us, we enjoyed our stay.
