Nut House
Publié le 9 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful location and home. Perfect for our Sisters Trip, we each had our own bedrooms with king-size beds. The rest of the house was so roomy and comfortable with gorgeous views. Outdoors was amazing all around the house, including the fire pit at night. We spent most of our stay enjoying the wonders of the swimming pool and the surrounding area. We also visited and enjoyed several of the local wineries, and downtown Paso Robles.
Our host Sam kept us very well prepared for everything we needed and was available to help with any questions or problems that might arise, none of which did. Our stay was perfect and we are looking forward to a return trip.

Beautiful property with great views.
Publié le 29 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house and property were exactly as described, well maintained, quiet, isolated, and equipped with all the necessary extras to keep us entertained for the duration of our stay. The games room was well equipped for all, adults and kids had plenty of choices.
The interior spaces were large enough for adults a kids to relax and enjoy.

Overall Great Property (but who hurt you)

Beautiful location and the fact that there are 4 king beds, a great game room, and comfortable living area are awesome. But the residence does have one improvement I would make - remove some of the passive aggressive signs. The house has these laminated signs - some make sense like thermometer preferences and water on the floor warnings… but the one in each bathroom that says repeatedly only toilet paper in the toilet and the Big ones that say in each room that THEY WILL NOT MAIL BACK YOUR BELONGINGS if left behind make it feel like you aren’t welcome. It made me want to say “we get it you rent your home, but who hurt you so bad to be so scared”. We also rented the house specifically for the pool which unfortunately the heater broke the day before we got there. Sam was nice to offer to change our dates but that wasn’t an option for us and so the pool was not useable. I might stay again but honestly the signs made me scared to do anything in the house.

.```123456789-feedback! I appreciate you taking the time to tell me the things about the house you were disappointed with. I am happy you found the house and property to be overall amazing. I know you all were disappointed the pool heater was broken. I was disappointed about it as well. I did everything in my power to get the repair part here, to get it going for you, sadly it was not able to be delivered on time. My sincere apologies. We do preventative maintenance all our equipment at all of our properties, unfortunately even so, there can still be breakdowns.
I also apologize you found our signs at the house to make you feel uncomfortable. Every sign we have is a response to a problem we have had in the past, an attempt to communicate with current guest to prevent these problems, and to keep the house in the best operational state to be ready for the next guests. The signs in the bedrooms simply say "take a look around before you check-out for all your belongings" We were having guests leave so many items before we posted the signs, now there are very few items left behind. If there does happen to be an item of value left, I do and will send it.
I truly hope you all enjoyed you stay, and would love to welcome you back.

Paso Robles Nut House
Publié le 2 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall, the stay was very comfortable. Great size home for the 10 of us :) We had fun in the garage / game room; pool table and ping pong table served us well. They even had a welcome wine bottle and pistachios which was a nice touch! The property is large and had good views, very quiet and laid back atmosphere. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, mugs, utensils etc.
Samatha (host) was upfront about everything. My constructive feedback is as follows: 1) It is reasonable to ask to load the dishwasher and start it prior to leaving but to expect to empty it prior to leaving is a little bit of a stretch, although we did do as were asked. 2) Host should refill spice bottles if they are to put them in the kitchen.

Family Vacation

Location is great for a variety of activities - hiking, horseback riding, wine tasting, and day trip to San Luis Obispo. Highly recommend the property and would stay again.

Wonderful weekend at Casa Delle Noci

I can’t wait to come back to Casa Delle Noci next year again !!!

Another Great Stay

This location is easy to get to and gives you great access to activities in Paso Robles and the surrounding wineries. We also spend time playing games and enjoying the pool and the property. We can't wait to come back next year.

Excellent vacation location
Publié le 19 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayOur parents, four siblings and spouses had the best time in a fabulous location. Walking through the vineyards, telling stories by the fire pit and cooking dinner for a week produced memories we will cherish forever. Dad is 90 and mom is 80 so not sure how many more times we will have all together. It was lovely and Samantha was available when we had a question. We Will be back!

Excellent property for a family gathering.
Publié le 26 août 2023 sur HomeAwayBeautiful house overlooking pistachio orchards. Four king beds ideal for extended family. Small but nice swimming pool. About 20-25 mins from the town. We did drive to go for food, winery visits, etc. and it was fine for us. Host was friendly and responsive to our concerns and questions.

We sure did enjoy hosting you and your family!! You bring up some great topics that are common questions, so I want to add some clarification for people reading the reviews trying to glean information on our property. According to Google maps the house is 6.5 mile from the Downtown Paso Robles City Park, a 12 minute drive. This is pretty much the center of town.
The swimming pool measures 15 feet by 33 feet, which is a very standard size for a single family residence home pool.
I hope this helps anyone looking for this type of information on the house.
