This Spanish bungalow is located on desirable Chestnut Street in west side Paso Robles. The two bedroom home has been meticulously updated while retaining its period look and feel. Gourmet kitchen with butcher block countertops and subway tile with a unique breakfast nook. The formal dining room opens to the entry courtyard and sits on a hill overlooking downtown. The private back patio is perfect for a dip in the hot tub, enjoy a BBQ or just hang out!

Fully-stocked kitchen complete with a stylish vintage range, Keurig coffee maker, capsule espresso maker, drip coffee maker, French Press, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, hand mixer, tea kettle, crockpot, and microwave. The living room includes smart tv, couch and two lounge chairs. There is a separate dining room with large spanish style dining table with seating for 8. Each bedroom has a king-size bed. There is a full laundry room with washer and dryer. The back door leads to the covered patio in a garden setting with Hot tub, a dining table for 4 and a gas BBQ grill. Everything you need for a perfect wine country getaway and just steps away from the downtown restaurants and wineries!

There is a separate unit behind this home. The driveway is reserved for the back home. There is plenty of street parking available to our guests to park. There are no shared spaces between the homes, as each are completely private.



The fireplace is non-operational.



Outdoor Areas:



The outdoor area features a covered patio with a hot tub (we do NOT charge to heat the spa. it will be heated and ready upon your arrival), a gas grill and dining table. The private backyard makes it an ideal setting for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine.

Guest amenities include Roku TV, smart blue ray DVD player, complimentary Wi-Fi, games, books and DVD Movies, and a JBL wireless speaker. Full-size laundry room. Shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens are provided.

This home is easily accessible to Hwy 101, only 4 blocks from downtown Paso Robles and only 10 minutes away from downtown Templeton.

We truly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to staying again if we’re ever in the area again. The home is just as described and pictured and we really loved the mix of vintage and new style. We were only two people but it was plenty big for four people. We appreciated all of the amenities like coffee & tea options, paper products, bath products, towels, etc. Everything we needed - we found! Our bed was very comfortable and had many pillow options. We also enjoyed the outdoor area and the hot tub. We had no issues finding parking on the street in front of the house and it is very walkable to downtown Paso. We walked a few times but had rainy weather most of our stay so didn’t walk as much as we’d hoped. It was very convenient to drive to all of the vineyards we chose to visit and an easy drive to Morro Bay as well. Instructions and communication was great and we didn’t have any issues during our stay but felt comfortable that we’d be able to communicate quickly if we did.

This is one of the most unique historic properties on the Westside! Amazing floorplan with 2 large bedrooms and closets. A beautiful living room and dining room enough to have a nice dinner party for 8 with my local friends. A piano in the dining room served as a fun accompaniment for our family musician! Fully stocked updated kitchen, nook and indoor laundry room with a powder bath. Original floors, tile, windows, plaster and lighting which is a rarity anywhere today. This is a great place for a couple to stay the week in Paso Robles. I’ll definitely be back!

The home was accurately described in the listing - all the rooms were very clean, beds were super comfortable, and kitchen was very well maintained and stocked with all the basic ingredients and cooking utensils you'd need. Husband and I celebrated our anniversary with family in Paso Robles. First time visit, location was perfect. Easy walk to downtown. Nice stay in Paso!

The place was clean, cool (AC worked!), perfect for a family of 3. Beds were comfortable and we liked the fans in both bedrooms. Bathrooms were clean. Plenty of space for 2 working adults. Wifi was good. Close to downtown - walked each morning to grab coffee at Spearhead and enjoyed the Tuesday farmers market.

Great location, beautiful home

We had a great time! Beautiful home, easy walk downtown. Only issue was the planned PG&E outage, which we should have checked before our stay (pro tip!). Other than that, we had a great time, and would love to come back!
