The hotel was a bit crowded and that’s the reason the service and cleanliness was compromised. Would like to give a try second time

Horrible

Hotel didn’t have our booking, made us send the confirmation after trying to reject our stay , no warm water, dirty, ac didn’t work and on top of it all- didn’t want us to check out the next day until we could produce another receipt
