En ré"servant cet hotel nous savions bien qu'il n'est pas le meilleur 3* de Patong mais on l'a choisi car il présentait un bon rapport qualité prix. Propre, pas excentré, Personnel professionel et acceuillant et très bon tarif. L'hotel nous servait de dortoir pour dormir et prendre uen douche

A fuire ca sent les égouts et bruiyant

Odeur dégoûtante dans la chambre. On entent les voisins même ceux de l'hôtel a côté , le wifi est horrible Le matelas en cuire sans draps Balcon minuscule si vous en avez un dans votre chambre pourtant j'avais choisi la grandeluxe Avec balcon ...

Not a bad place, but dorms need some love.

Not a bad place, but some irritations if you stay in the dorm. There is only one key, if the door is locked the staff knock until you open it....even if its 3am (yes this happened) rather than having another key cut?? They also take late night guests so having someone turn up at 2/3/4am and turning the light on was also common. The entire room needs a deep clean, they do a reasonable job, but under the beds/fans etc it's very dusty

Central location

We had a very enjoyable stay, it was all about location for us being our first time to Phuket. The staff were amazing, helpful without being pushy. Rooms clean and safe environment. Easy walk to beach,shopping, restaurants. Enjoyed the freedom and relaxed atmosphere. Lovely breakfast every morning was an excellent start to our day, with the freedom of sitting longer in lounge to gather our thoughts for the day ahead. Or simply waiting for our tour driver to arrive. No pool or garden, but we were not there to swim or spend our time reading around a pool. We like to get out and about the friendly staff helped us to secure the best possible tours. Without the inflated prices.

Conviently Located

Convenient location. Gets you away from the busy area. Not too much commotion. Close to good breakfast, Thai food, money exchange, and scooter rental shops. Area is easy to navigate and learn key area locations from hotel. This place is great if all you're looking to do is hang your hat to rest and not expecting luxury treatment. On the other hand, the bathroom was tiny. Taking a shower results in getting the entire bathroom soaked with water. Almost no point in a floor mat (towel). Bed was a bit stiff and didn't have springs. However, I did get a sense of cleanliness when moving about and sleeping in the room/bed. Staff varied throughout my stay. All of which my interactions felt like I was being a burden with my questions. Perhaps it's simply the culture and/or attitudes that I'm not accustomed to? Though I shouldn't have to ask the questions. They should be more welcoming, orient me with the area with a map, and give me the basic run down of wants and needs. I won't be back simply because I prefer to jump around and try new places, but couldn't recommend this to a friend simply because I would feel comfortable sending a friend there into a lack of care or assiatance.

良い点 空港のミニバスにラベンダーホテルの名前を告げると分かっていた １階フロアーの隅にキッチンがある。利用可能。 部屋にドライヤーがある。 エレベーターがある。 悪い点 安い部屋の窓の外は隣のホテルの部屋が目の前か廊下が景色となる。 改善点 部屋の照明が間接照明で暗いため、机での作業ができない。鏡も暗くて自分の顔がよく見えない。 トイレシャワールームに換気扇がなく、熱いお湯の湯気がこもる シャワーとトイレの間にはカーテンとかは無いのでビシャビシャになる 部屋は禁煙である Wi-fiは夕方から夜にかけての時間帯が特に繋がりが悪くなっていた

Nice, pleasant stay... value for money...

I chose this hotel after reading most of the positive reviews on tripadvisor and found the same. Hotel was really nice near to main area in Patong. Me and my wife stayed in Superior Grand Deluxe Room. Room was big enough, neat and clean. Hotel staff was really nice, helpful. We hired bike from hotel itself to roam around. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Only problem was Wi-Fi but that is negligible, you can always access it in lobby. There is no swimming pool but its very near to beach so u don't need it even. So I am giving 5/5 rating to Lavender Hotel, would definitely stay here whenever visit phuket again.

Good enough

I wasn't expecting much when I booked this hotel but just needed a stay over in Patong for a night. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was large and good enough but nothing more. The location is a bit off but it's walkable to Jungceylon and the beach but I would recommend renting a bike.

The facility is located at a modest location, about 45mins-1hr from the Airport. WiFi was accessible and decent from my 2nd story room. The overall room was simple but comfortable. Only issue was noise, as the walls were very thin and noises could be heard extremely easily.

Nice staff. Not so nice room. We stayed in ground floor, and it felt like a cell. Pay some Bath more and get a room above. Cleaning is good, and it's quiet though not to far from Bangla. Walking distance or ca 70 Bhat riding the motorcycle "cab" :)

部屋のタイプを選ぶとき、ツインの部屋をリクエストしたが、このホテルはダブルしかないとのこと。つく前に電話した時も、着いた時もフロントの人は英語を話せませんでした。

Good value and location

It's a very good value for money. The location is very central, close to pubs, restaurants, clubs and the beach. Staff was friendly and the 24h front desk is definitely a good service. I checked in at around 2am with no hassles. There are a lot of people around this area. The only recommendation is for them to dry towels properly, but I found that most simple hotels in thailand have this problem. The room window goes to a small, narrow alley with some rubbish. But I didn't find it annoying, as I was always out somewhere or with the air-conditioner on.
