So many good things could be said about Nap Patong -- the food, the gorgeous style of the building, the rooms and suites themselves. However what stood out to me was the willingness of the front desk staff to perform all sorts of small tasks to make life easier.

Very nice layout of the hotel in busy Phuket, in a large but quiet street at walking distance of the beach and shops. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms are large with an exotic design . There is also an incredible breakfast buffet! Altogether a wonderful experience at a great price!

The location was great near beach and Bangla Road. Staff was very helpful room was nice. Facility itself was ok. More light was needed in hallways and stairwell for safety. Food was decent not spectacular.
