Shocking

The hotel was terrible like a stable it had no facilities it was definitely not as advertised It was was to far from anywhere no staff spoke English at all overall it ruined my holiday and when I complained to Expedia the morning after I got there they said they would ring hotel but nothing happened I was so upset with hotel I checked out and found another hotel a paid for it on top of what I paid your selves I believe a refund in this instance should be made
