Bruce was a great host! The house had everything we needed! It is very close to downtown Pawhuska and he gave us some great information on what to visit, where to eat, etc. before and after arrival. He was very responsive to any questions we had.

Great House, Straight shot to downtown Pawhuska

Nice house with great kitchen open to living room, fun for a family gathering. The house was very comfortable. It has a beautiful master suite on the main floor that my parents enjoyed and didn't have to go up and down the stairs. There is a wonderful park across the street from the house and the owner provided balls and frisbees for the boys to use at the park. The neighborhood is quiet and the houses are sparse with lots of room. The drive to downtown was a straight shot and took about 5 minutes. It was a great stay.

Home Away from Home

Walking into the home just felt calm and relaxing. It was so peaceful. The kids loved it and did not want to leave. The host communicated with everything I needed to know and allowed some outside toys for the kids for the holiday weekend. We couldn’t ask for a better stay in Pawhuska. You’ll feel like this is your own home

My sister, daughter, brother & sis-in-love, and I wanted to treat our 88-year-old mom to a Pioneer Woman trip. It was near impossible to find a no-steps-to-entry rental with space for all and a downstairs bedroom for Mom until we discovered Bruce’s home. I could give a jillion reasons more why this lovely place was perfect for our Pawhuska trip
 Expansive custom home on a secluded and wooded hilltop with room to roam or romp. Just off a main arterial street barely over a mile to heart of Pawhuska. “Sleeps 8” truly means everybody can get a spot in a REAL bed, but there are also inflatable airbeds available. Top-tier appliances, comfy mattresses and furniture, quality linens and towels, well-equipped kitchen and laundry, two spacious baths plus a powder room, and coffee/tea/snacks/bottled water for your stay. You can cook, grill (indoors or out), or fill the fridge with take-home boxes from your Merc meals. If you want to feel like residents, not tourists, book right here!

Pawhuska pioneer woman visit

Bruce could not have be been any more helpful in providing a beautiful home for us to stay during our visit to Pawhuska. He communicated frequently with suggestions for activities in the area that our group may enjoy. It was wonderful to find bottled waters, Keurig coffee pods, and an assortment of teas and snacks waiting for us. If I ever travel to Pawhuska again, I would want to stay in Bruce’s House. Thanks for n making us feel so welcome.
