Check in was extremely easy and access to the beach was within walking distance. The lodging was clean, inviting, and stocked with all amenities. Restaurants were close by and shopping was available within a 10 minute drive. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting the beach while looking for a quiet place to stay.

Over all, we really like Litchfield. The Villa was very nice, but the house keeping was not: upon arrival dishes and pots and pans were not well cleaned. Early on the management company asked me how things were going: there were some issues but the management company never responded to me. was not happy about that.

The condo is exactly as advertised. Beautiful resort with a better view of the lake than seen from the photos! We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay very much! Book it!

February Stay

Location was relatively quiet since it was so close to Route 17. The unit seems to need some upgrade. On our arrival, the dishwasher had standing water in the bottom with a horrible smell. It took a week to get someone in to "fix" it. We ended up having to hand wash our dishes. the door between the living area and the screened in porch has a doorknob that was broken. It needs replacement. Even though maintenance tried to fix it, it still was very difficult to open. All the sinks were very slow to drain and easily backed up. There is more but you get the idea. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.

The online pictures were accurate of the interior of the home. The place was clean and communication with the host/host team was easy. There was one issue with cleanliness of the kitchen faucet. The issue was reported to the host/host team and a representative arrived to tend to the issue (cleaned it). My family and I enjoyed the home and its location. The home is set up similar to a duplex with another conjoined unit. 0 issues. I never saw or heard anyone next door despite seeing another vehicle in the parking area. We would stay here again. The beach is nearby and there is a small water view from the home.

2024 SC Trip

This is our 10 annual trip to SC Litchfield Golf Resort and we are happy with the unit we rented as it was nicely renovated and clean, not to mention it's convenient to beach and was able to have access to other facilities such as the mail pool, lazy river, tennis courts etc. We had a great staying at this unit would recommend to others.

Perfect for a small family

Very good location! Was very nice and spacious for us and our two littles. The floor was very slippery and sandy right when we walked in. But overall a great and convenient space!
