Beautifully updated condo in Litchfield by the Sea, practically sits on the dunes with direct ocean views from the Living room, Master bedroom and Balcony.
Living room has a large sectional and leather recliner, perfect for watching TV, relaxing or enjoying the view.
Rare end unit provides extra light in dining room and fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy. Unit also features a wet bar with small sink and ice maker.
Master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows, king bed, TV and private bath with soaking tub.
Both guest rooms have king beds, TV's, bath vanities and share a hall bathroom. Laundry facilities on site.
The popular gated seaside community of Litchfield by the Sea offers family fun including pool, tennis courts and fishing lakes. Seven miles of spectacular beach and an oceanfront clubhouse with bathrooms and cabana. Jogging/walking/biking paths alongside salt marshes surround the area. Bikes available for rent, if needed.

Condo by the sea - high rating for property and location not the property managers

The Condo and the property were excellent and all well maintained. They get the good reviews. But the VRBO unit property management/Realty company we dealt with were second rate. Communication and details were awful. They were not tuned in to what was going on in the complex. The ad said the pool/hot tub were there but when we called for pool passes VRBO Prop Mgr said Pool was not open till memorial day. Never mentioned this at all in any of the 6-7 times we had to communicate. And then we find they actually were open. Poor communication around check in and check out as well. We have been VRBO users all round N America and Europe with never an issue for 13 yrs until this one. If I was the Condo owner I would be looking for a new manager. If you can - only deal with owners. That's the O in VRBO not VRBPM.
