The home features two bedrooms upstairs with a King size bed in the master bedroom with amazing coastal views and a double bed in the second bedroom. There is a bathroom on the upper lever with a shower, bath and toilet.

The third bedroom is in the studio on the lower level and has a queen size bed offering uninterrupted views of Pearl Beach and beyond. There is a shower, separate toilet and washer/ dryer on the lower level. External access to the studio provides privacy and convenience, making it an ideal space for guests or family members seeking a bit of solitude.

Enjoy the expansive Coastal views from the original cottage kitchen with a combined dining and lounge area. Incredible views will be enjoyed from all aspects of the home , creating a constant connection to the stunning natural surroundings.

There is a large deck wrapping around the house, an ideal space for entertaining, Al Fresco dining or finding a private time of solitude to reflect and enjoy the sense of calm this beautiful location invokes.

The home boasts ducted Air Conditioning for year round comfort and has off street parking for 3 vehicles.
