With a large garden of 1000m2 with a children's play structure and an equipped terrace (with privacy panels to limit overlooking), this house will allow you to enjoy summer pleasures: savour a good breakfast, prepare delicious barbecues, or enjoy sunbathing.
The house is modern and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. On the ground floor, you will find the living-dining room, ideal for sharing good meals or watching a film on television, as well as a well-equipped open kitchen: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster and kettle.
The night area consists of 4 comfortable bedrooms: the first is on the ground floor and has a Queen-Size bed (160x200), while upstairs you will find two bedrooms, each with a Queen-Size bed (160x200) and a room with 4 single beds (80x190).
To relax after a good day of activity, the house has a washroom on the ground floor and a bathroom with a bathtub upstairs, as well as 2 independent toilets (one upstairs and one on the ground floor). Both bathrooms have hairdryers.
For more comfort, the house also has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a baby cot, a high chair and three parking spaces within the property.
