The room was not quite cleen, the door leading outside from the stairs only half opened because the snow had not been cleared several days after a significant snow accumulation and it turned to ice. I have been staying at this property for about 20 years or more since it was new , it used to be better managed. The breakfast used to be attended and nice, now it's very sad.

I was not able to travel or check in due to the The state of NJ under state of emergency due to the aNor'easter Storm Forecast For East Coast… the hotel refuse to cancel refund or credit the reservation!! Staff was rude and unprofessional. Even Expedia staff explained how rude the hotel staff responded to them. Horrible customer service
