Driftwood is a bright and stylish 3-bedroom beach house on Via De Luna Drive that is perfect for families or friends.

Welcome to a great beach experience in this beautiful property! The kitchen offers all stainless-steel appliances and a large kitchen island with 5 bar stools. It even has a beverage fridge for chilling your favorite wine or spritzers! The property offers an entryway “sand room” with loads of storage, a large pantry, a utility sink, an ice maker to make filling up your ice chest easier than ever, and plenty of hooks for hanging towels, hats, and beach bags - all tucked away and out of the main living area! Just off the kitchen is a dining table that easily seats 6 and is the perfect spot for fresh seafood dinners or a great card game with the family. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas and a chair for after dinner talks. The half bath is located off the living room for easy access. Just steps from the living room is the Master Bedroom Suite that offers 1 King bed, a walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, a toilet room, and a large stand-alone shower. On the other side of the house are 3 additional bedrooms. The second bedroom is great for kids with 2 sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds. Bedroom number 3 is an elegant guest room with amazing views of the island’s Sound side. It has a private door leading out to the front porch to enjoy beautiful sunsets, and it serves as a great option for a Junior Master bedroom with a Queen bed. Bedroom number 4 offers a plush, Queen-sized bed and has great views of the Sound. The large guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo, a lengthy vanity, and ample storage. It is shared with the kids’ room, the guest room, and the fourth bedroom. Additionally, the property offers a full-sized washer and dry and utility closet.

Enjoy the expansive, fully covered back porch featuring many different lounging options! You can dine with friends, enjoy the steady breeze on the swing, read your favorite book in a rocking chair, or take in incredible views of the island with glimpses of the Gulf! The front porch is ideal for watching beautiful sunsets over the Sound. As for the space below on the ground level, you will have access to lockable covered storage, two private hot/cold showers for cleaning up after a long day at the beach, a BBQ pit, and plenty of covered seating for a large gathering. The property offers plenty of parking spaces for multi-car renters.

Driftwood is ideally located within easy walking distance of the beach, the Sound, shops, dining, playgrounds, public tennis courts, Trolly stops, and more.
