The condo was great but there is a ton of construction going on all around the property that is not mentioned in the booking. Loud workers working all day, walkways blocked off, literally workers working right beside our balcony. We did request an earlier check in on Friday and we were denied. Also check out time was 9am for us which I thought was extremely early.

Great location just across from Peg Leg Pete’s. Beach is excellent and the stay comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella set up daily. We loved the condo, there’s plenty of storage space in every room, the sofas were comfortable and we had nice chairs on the deck. The only downfall was the construction every weekday starting at 8:00 right outside the window and next to our balcony. We would stay here again after that is completed.

Great Place Right on the Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were looking for a location right on the beach and this place did not disappoint. Beautiful views and quiet location. Also, having the beach service included was a plus! Would highly recommend and would go back ourselves!

Comfy stay with beautiful views BUT -lots- of additional FEES

We loved this condo. Beautifully appointed and spacious for two, very clean and comfortable with great beach views and many amenities nearby. Also close to airport and grocery. That said, we had to pay exorbitant fees in addition to the rental fee. In fact, the fees equaled the rental fee fir three nights!! Further, the fees were not well explained. Watch out VRBO, there are plenty of options out there!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient to where we wanted to be in Pensacola. The only qualm I had was the lack of toiletries/kitchen supplies, which is something they disclose anyway, still inconvenient though. We ran out of toilet paper pretty early, there weren't any coffee filters, and it would've been nice to have a provided laundry detergent pod like there was dish detergent. But, it was pretty easy to go buy some in town. Overall, definitely would recommend.
