W609 is an updated three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo located on the west side of Eden. The condo has a beautiful wraparound balcony that offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and its beaches. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. The master bedroom also has balcony access, and its private bathroom features an oversized, beautifully tiled walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. The other guest bedroom has twin-sized beds, a flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom. Both guest bathrooms have been recently remodeled. The kitchen has granite countertops and new cabinetry. The living room is open and airy and has a sofa sleeper, a 55" Smart TV, and a DVD player. The living room does not have blinds, providing an unobstructed breathtaking view. Additionally, there is a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit. The property has Cox Cable and free WIFI. Please note that this unit requires a seven-night stay, from Saturday to Saturday, during the summer.
