Guest Access:

You will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, including the fenced backyard and all listed amenities. Enjoy the privacy of your own entrance and make yourself completely at home during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

1) Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the property must be 21 years of age or older.

2) Long-Term Stays: For stays longer than 28 days, you are subject to additional fees for mid-stay cleans. We like to change out linens every 3-4 weeks to keep the property in excellent condition.

3) Damage Protection: Your booking price includes a nonrefundable property damage protection fee that covers up to $3,000.00 in accidental damages. This is subject to exclusions and limitations. Any damage not covered by the policy or exceeding the coverage amount will be the responsibility of the guest.

4) Pre-Arrival: Prior to checking in, the primary guest must complete our online pre-arrival form. This allows us to gather your travel information and ensure you have reviewed our rental terms and conditions for a smooth arrival.
