Was a terrible experience. Someone was staying there. Had received confirmation from VRBO, but was told by Gabriel (?) that he has to approve and he didn’t. I had to find a hotel room for the night snd a new place for family for Easter weekend. VRBO refunded me, still owe for hotel room. I don’t understand how this happens but makes me leary.
